So this is strictly about my adoption that I went to them to try and get help. They do advertise they handle family law. Person I met with was very lacking in knowledge. At one point I had to inform them of how social security works for what I was doing. When I first got there I was told I was wasting my time, which is ok, I appreciate honestly. By the end of my consultation it was a complete 180, was told someone senior would get back to me, never heard from them. That's honestly a good thing. They may be the best in other areas of the law, and I wouldn't steer anyone away for anything else. I recommend going to someone else if you need help with an adoption.

After the numerous good reviews I decided to give the firm a call. Upon discussion with the receptionist I was informed that Guest and Gray do not handle Credit Debt cases. Sadly,, I will keep searching in Forney.

Chose this law firm based on reviews and initial consultation with the attorney. To say I am less than satisfied with the progress thus far is an understatement. Mediation was complete in November 2019 with an agreement for child support to begin January 2020. I have yet to receive any child support and non-custodial parent has ceased paying anything except half of medical costs. I had to call the attorneys office for an update myself and found out the opposing attorney was supposed to file the order (not sure this is accurate as I am getting two different stories, I was told it would save me money if the other attorney filed the order). Then they started correcting their mistake. I am being billed for every email, phone call etc I guess as they are making a mad dash to correct their mistake/lack in judgement. I believe we are up to about $800 at this point on top of what I have already paid. To top it all off, I finally receive a letter from the Attorney General's office addressed to my maiden name. So, I thought, this is odd. I called the AG office and was told there has been a mistake and it would need to be corrected to my current name. So, yet another delay and I am sure more fees to be racked up for another mistake. I called the office but the paralegal was to busy to take my call and I was instructed to email her which I did. She responded to the email and said she would look in to it. It's the afternoon of the following business day and I still have no answer. I have emailed again for an update. This has been a frustrating, unnecessarily drawn out process that has cost me a lot of hard earned money, time and still no child support.

I have used this firm a couple of times and have been 100% satisfied every time. My last case, I called last minute and they went above and beyond to take care of everything for me. They are easy to talk to and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm for ANY of your legal needs!!

I initially left a bad review because of miscommunication so we have resolved the issue. I was referred to this office by another attorney so I wanted to give them a chance. Another update, I met with Jose Noriega about a family custody matter we are dealing with. He helped me out tremendously, giving me suggestions about my options and gave me some insight on how to proceed. I called the office to have someone assist me with a traffic ticket. The attorney called me at the scheduled time to discuss my issue and advised me that I could save money by reporting to the courthouse on or before the assigned date and setting up the deferment myself. My wife and I had an issue arise with the child support that my step-daughter was receiving and Mr. Talley helped us solve it. He was there to answer all questions we had and advised us throughout.

A few years back I started a small business without any understanding of the legal ins-and-outs involved. The venture started to blossom after three years, and without consulting someone in the legal field, I agreed to surrender half of my business to a "friend" in exchange for their assistance managing this business.

Less than six months into the "new agreement, my friend decided that they didn't have the time to continue assisting with the business and asked to be bought out as partner, but also wanted to retain a stake in the business.

As you can see, my naivete got me into a frustrating debacle, and I had no clue how to approach the situation.

During the initial conversation with Mr. Talley, I found him friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely interested in providing me with the necessary guidance I needed for this situation. After a few email exchanges and phone conversations in which Mr. Talley gathered as much information as possible, he presented to me with what he thought was the best way to approach the situation.
