I called and spoke to Elizabeth on 10/18 and after providing the details of my request she said she would talk to the attorney to see if it is a case they can take. After waiting over a week I called and left a voicemail for her on 10/26 and still have not heard back. That’s in poor taste considering she took certain information from me including the name of the doctors. I would have anticipated a phone call with a yes or no they can take the case.

I was recently sued. The case dragged on for months. As part of my defence, I consulted with Jeff regarding an approach to the plaintiff's allegations against me. Mr. Rasansky listened dispassionately to my story and approached my defence as if were the prosecuting attorney. He even agreed to meet with me at a private location on a Sunday morning, when I was pressured for time. Not only were his suggestions helpful, he also consulted with another attorney, reviewed the legal paperwork and made sure that we had all contingencies covered. His thorough knowledge and keen sense of the law and how it pertained to me allowed me to sleep happily at night. Once an agreement was reached with the prosecuting attorney, he downplayed his role in helping me reach that step, essentially crediting everyone else (including me!) for the result achieved. His modesty, humility and calm approach were nothing short of miraculous to me ! A serious mensch!!

Spent a year with them. Pretty unpleased with their work. My neck will never be the same. After I signed up i rarely heard from them. To the point that I actually had to keep calling them myself to make sure they were still there. Then my case manager gets fired. When it comes time to negotiations with the at faults insurance my attorney called me and said “I can put this much in your pocket right now” Not really the response I expected and no where near the offer I should’ve been given for my injuries and suffering. At the end they put more in their pockets than i was offered and I felt like they were more so on the insurance companies side trying to push me to settle for less.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with both Jeff Rasansky and Justin King and I really can't say enough good things about the both of them. In the beginning the people in charge of my case did not provide answers or updates and were rude. Also the lady that I signed the contract with told me i'd be able to contact her at any time. I was never able to reach out to her again. After a couple months Laura and Hannah took over my case and things started flowing smoothly and it was resolved on a timely manner and communication was appropriate. I really appreciate their help. Totally agree with one of the post below. Rasansky Law Firm is awful. I agree stay away I never spoke to Rasanky or saw him in person only a email to threaten me. He had attorney who worked for his firm used information on her client for her self. She has been charged with professional misconduct. Check all out all attorneys background information with Texas State Bar.. read retainer contract completely if you don't agree go somewhere else.Be sure your attorney has 8 years or more experience don't settle for attorney that is assigned to you and has little experience. Rasanky Law firm will pretend they are going to court only to charge you 40% and try to settled with the least amount of money. Stay away....if I could I would give zero. Rasanky you don't scare me with your attorney lingo.

This was my very first experience of hiring a law firm to represent me in a car accident. My attorney, Hannah Conrardy, did an exceptional job of keeping me posted and making me feel like my case was getting her personal attention. I have since recommended her to a friend and would use this law firm again if I needed to.

I had been re ended in July of 2016 and they have done a great job with my case, I am happy with my settlement and I would recommend them.

Do not use them. Terrible. They gave me less than $1500 for my accident. Meanwhile they received $5500 plus. It took them forever to even get back with me, when they did. Once and if they returned calls. There was no negotiation about there fees even since they couldn't even get half my medical bills paid. I had to file bankruptcy because they couldn't help me. You have a better chance of defending yourself. Don't waste your time. They will waste yours.
Would give them 0 stars if I could.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! From the time I hired them they passed my case around to 7 different people! I found out about somebody new handling my case by me calling them. I always complained about being updated (in the most respectful manner). I always had to give info to a new person on my case so the communication amongst themselves lacked as well. When it came time to settle my case i finally got to speak with Jeff. He called me out my name then apologized after me letting him know that it was disrespectful. When explaining my concern on the case Jeff became insensitive and got loud on the phone threatening to release me. If I could rate 0 stars I would. It is now one of my passions to make sure nobody else gets the same treatment from Rasansky law Firm! STAY AWAY!!
