Rasha, Eric and Rob did it again a Second time around! I'll admit, they are truly the BEST employment lawyers out here in the Metroplex! Not only they won a case against my previous employer, they also won my unemployment insurance (UI) case as well! It is such a relief and a huge burden off my shoulders about not worrying how I'm going to pay my bills now and provide food for my family. I can't say enough how awesome they are and how far they go to make sure you are taken well care of. Thank you so much Rasha, Eric and Rob for all that you did for me! James

I would recommend the Law Office of Rob WIley, P.C. to anybody needing assistance with employment rights. They did an incredible job of handling my case professionally and in a very resonable time frame. In my initial consultation with Rob Wiley I was given a very straight forward analysis of my claims after which Fadi Yousef was the attorney assigned to my case. Working with Fadi was the best. He showed care and a true concern for the direction and result of my lawsuit. Fadi was always available and was in constant communication with me throughout. I thank Fadi Yousef, Rob Wiley and his team for doing a phenomenal job, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
Rasha, Eric and Rob are Awesome and the Best Dallas Employment Lawyers out there. I talked to Eric to first discuss my case and Rasha helped me every step of the way through the negotiation process. Both were very compassionate, helpful and understood my situation.
My case was very complex, but they really pulled through in the end! Thank you so much Rasha, Eric and Rob! I greatly appreciate all that you did!

Please don't waste your time dealing with these people. I called in and actually set up a consultation and paid their $150.00 fee. I spoke with someone, was told they couldn't help on one issue, I can understand that, but then was told he would look into this other issue I brought up. The only reason it was brought up was because I had learned about it though their website. Saying that if this is happening to give them a call. So I thought that would be another thing they would want to look into. At the end of the consultation he told me he would look into it, ask some questions and then would get back to me. I was told I would be speaking with one of the most experienced attorneys there. It was Eric. He told me he would ask and then call me back. That was over 3 weeks ago, still no call back. They took the $150, and never even called me back. If they couldn't help, okay, tell me. Put I inquired about something that has been happening to me for almost 2 years, and the only reason I brought it up, was because it said on THEIR site that if this is happening to you, give us a call and that they could help. But before they help, they also want $5,000.00 up front and $150 to just hear you before doing anything and then take a 40% cut of the settlement afterwards. Just know what you're getting into before giving them a call. Check around first before going to them. Hope this helps someone.

Fadi Yousef has been a tremendous attorney. Communication is top notch. One thing you will never have to worry about is communication. The follow up is amazing also. I have yet to have to pickup the phone, and call to get information. He and Rob Wiley both have been upfront and very honest with me.
Fadi is transparent and will communicate the good, the bad and the worse. He doesn't make promises, yet fights for everything he feels is right. If you need a sound, honest and compassionate attorney, call them. You wont be disappointed.
To those who read this, remember nothing is free in this world. The education for these guys cost money, There has to be a return for them to handle a case. Keep that in mind when making a decision.

I was turned down for unemployment benefits and appealed the decision. I received a letter from unemployment stating that I would have a hearing in a week. A week to find a lawyer. This did not give me much time to think about what firm I would use. I called Rob Wiley, PC in Houston and they said they would have someone contact me. The next day Roger Topham called me from their Dallas office and informed me that the Houston office is going to Dallas for a Christmas party the day of the hearing and asked if I wanted to proceed with him via phone in Dallas. I asked the obvious question; “can we do this by phone”? Roger assured me we could. We than talked about an hour about my case. Roger said it was going to be a difficult case, the burden of proof was on me and that it was going to a long shot at best. I agreed and signed up. Roger found some interesting things in my documents that I collected for him before the hearing. It didn’t even click what Roger was doing until I hung up the phone at the end of the hearing. I am looking in the weeds for case matter while Roger found the smoking gun. We won! A few weeks go by and my employer appeals. This means another hearing. I call Roger back and tell him we are back on. Roger asked if I wanted take this up in the Houston office. I said no, as he had put so much time and effort into my case. The phone hearing this time was 5 hours. Roger finds yet another smoking gun. We win again! Roger is a fantastic guy to work with. He listed to me, is professional, did his due diligence and was fantastic to work with. I actually felt like we were a team. Thank you, Roger!

The 150.00 consultation fee was a bit steep, but when the attorney wanted a 20,000 retainer and 30% of my settlement, I knew that this wasn’t the firm for me. They should disclose their rates upfront. I didn’t kill my employer, so requiring 20k upfront is ridiculous. Find a firm that doesn’t charge for consultations otherwise you’re risking wasting your money.

I paid $150.00 for them to not review any details of my case and for them to tell me that I could pay them $7,000 to file with the EEOC and right a letter. Everyone is saying they were told $5,000.00 so maybe they make up the fees as they go.

I finally found a True & Honest Attorney that will fight till the end. Deontae Wherry, Fadi and Rob Wiley was amazing. I gave 23 years of my life to a big Company. They keep me update at all times by phone and emails. They know the laws!!! Deontae always took time to explain everything to me and always made sure I understood everything. There was time I just wanted to give up but they support me and made me feel comfortable and let me know this was one of the hardest thing I would do. The company I gave my heart and soul when I need them they turned there backs on me. Please stand up to these big company and don't let them treat you bad. Deontae I want to let you know I don't know how I would have been able to get through this with out the support you gave me and how you made me feel through all of this. I really thought this would drag out for years and you was able to get me $ less than 3 months. You truly are amazing I felt like you just was not here as Attorney but as a friend I could talk to about everything in this case. Also Fadi was brought in to help with the case at closing and was able to step in with his support to help close this case to. From the start of our interaction the professionals at Rob Wiley, PC offered fantastic advice and service. I had no issue with paying the consultation fee as to me it validated them as professionals and over and over again throughout our interaction that proved to be true. I was really not in a great place after a greatly disappointing employment experience. My original consultation was with Eric, who was compassionate, kind and honest with me about the merits of my case. Fadi Yousef and I dug deep into what had happened with my previous employer and sought the best solution for all parties involved. I was extremely well represented by Mr. Yousef who had an in depth understanding of employment law. Over and over again during our appointments, I was struck by his empathy and willingness to go the extra mile for me. He always held what I wanted closely and fought for me even when things got extremely challenging. I had a more then satisfactory outcome to my case. I truly cannot say enough kind things about the firm as a group and Mr. Fadi Yousef as an individual.

After I decided to seek resolution of my employment issues, Mr. Fadi Yousef contacted me as he had been assigned as my attorney of record. Mr. Yousef was very professional, timely and worked on my behalf to meet the expectations that I had. When he thought a different approach was warranted, he was very proactive. He fought for me every step of the way and dedicated reams of time and energy to my case. Deontae wasn't intimidated by the other side. He was totally transparent and in frequent communication with me so I was always aware of what was going on. He was knowledgeable and creative, he brought up things I didn't even think of. Few weeks back I met them for consultation. Online consultation is $135(10% discount). I had already sent them all my information via questionnaire. But to my surprise they haven't gone it - they were only interested in me to make an appointment. When every attorney(for employees) has free 30 minutes appointment for initial consultation - why they are charging $135-$150 for at the most 20 minutes of appointment. I had appointment with Rob Wiley. He provided me very basic information which I could have got from googling also. In fact my $20 attorney from Dallas Bar association referral was better in terms of telling me what are my options. They are interested in my case but they have a retainer of $5000 plus 30% from the recovery. All they will be doing, sending a letter to Employer(demand letter). What if the employer doesn't respond or simply don't care? What if the employer is not willing to go for mediation also? then what are the options? What will happen to $5000? Well they are going to charge you flat hourly rate with no maximum cap and you know what they can't guaranty you any results? Well I truly value that they can't work for free but they are getting a cut - 30% or more so they are not working free at all. Plus $5000 is already there for them as retainer then why they are talking about flat hourly rates? Big Corporations have enough money to spend on litigations but individuals who already lost their jobs are literally getting robbed by Rob Wiley PC when they come for consultation. I haven't paid you $135 or $150 to know that Texas is at-will state(yes out of 50 states and Puerto Rico) - every state is at-will state expect Montana. Yes, if the employer terminate you due to class protection that is illegal - but for that I don't have to travel to your office, wait for 30 minutes, have a 20 minutes appointment and pay $135. That's a rip off. Everybody can google this. Trust me with these kind of lawyers - no genuine person will ever fight back for wrongful termination due to protected class. For $135/$150 initial consultation they should have done at least some home work once they know the potential client has booked the appointment. So that during the 15-20 minutes appointment they can ask specific Q&A so that potential client is well aware of his/her chances and decide whether they want to go ahead or not? Essentially an employee who lost the job due to wrongful termination due to protected category is the biggest loser. Worst thing they are simply an attorney who will draft the demand letters and do the negotiation over the phone calls. For this they need $5K as retainer. If you ever ask them - what if this doesn't work out? Then they are going to tell you that we can work on the flat hourly rate of $350/hr. But they are not going to provide any potential outcome. So already an employee - lost their job, have no money and now this law firm is ripping off the last penny also from the employee with no client interest. This law firm just want your money and nothing else.

Fairly high level talks with Attorney Rob Wiley...same lablab laah that others are stating that TX is a "at-will" employment state and employer can do whatever etc. Mr. Rob didn't went in detail. I scheduled an appointment with one of the attorneys at Rob Wiley PC and paid a consultation fee in the amount of $150.00. When I met with the attorney, I told him about the employment situation I went through and had documents with me for review. The attorney asked me a few questions and was writing it down on the notepad. The attorney stated Texas is an at will employment and can pretty much do anything to their employees, unless the employer violates a protected class. The attorney did not review any of the documents that I brought. This is something I already knew and did not need to pay 150 dollars and only have a consultation of 15 minutes to figure this out. I don't feel the attorney did his due diligence in reviewing the claim I had and felt the law office is their to make money only. The attorney stated how much I would have to pay upfront due to not feeling I had a strong case and the amount they were asking for seemed outrageous. I had to ask additional questions to the attorney to understand how to deal with this type of situation if it happens in the future and the attorney just agreed to my solutions. The attorney did not seem wanting to explain employment law in detail or how to combat workplace harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and other types of negative workplace experiences. The state of Texas needs to change their at will employment law to prevent discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, and other negative hostile work environments.

Complete waste of time and complete waste of money. The junior attorney I met with basically spent 15 minutes telling me why I didn’t have a case and then proceeded to ask me for a $5000 retainer before looking at any of my documents or before hearing the entire rationale of why I was there to begin with he used it as a 15 minute session to “educate me about the law.“ For the $150 Consultation Fee they charged me, I could’ve googled what he told me. These are the types of lawyers that give lawyers a bad name. Run away from this one!

Employment Attorney... Knowing that most of their potential clients have probably been wrongfully terminated, they think it's a good business model to charge $150.00 to someone out of work. I have a feeling they don't turn down many "consultations". Why would they...? That's an excellent revenue stream. Huh... Maybe a good business model after all. Ripping off desperate people who are now out of work. Shame shame...

Highly recommend Rasha Zeyadeh. When you have something at work and need an attorney, just fyi, there will be a lot of struggles from the job that affected you badly. You need an attorney that is witty and smart. I learned this based on what I had gone through. Rasha, helped me in a way that was severely impossible. Most attorneys would have walked away that is how bad it was. Rasha took my case seriously and now matter how bad the company we were dealing with was she did the right thing for me. This is a huge company and she outsmarted them. She was also compassionate towards me and believed me when pretty much no one did. I met with Deontae Wherry regarding a severance agreement and an employment contract. He was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. I immediately felt comfortable because he showed a genuine concern for my situation. He took the necessary time to ensure I had all options covered so I could make an informed decision. He is an expert in his field and it shows! I am so glad he was recommended to me and I would recommend him in an instant!

I hired Eric Dama, an attorney at Rob Wiley P.C. to represent me in a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. Eric listened to my concerns regarding my claims, and correctly advised on the course of actions. During the process Eric was always available to me and quickly responded to any of my request or concerns. He wrote several correspondence on my behalf to my former company as it pertained to my concerns throughout the process getting them to agree to mediation. Eric's clam, confident, patient and respectful demeanor to all parties along with his immense experience prosecuting cases like mine was the factor in my former company's decision to settle my case to a favorable conclusion for me. They opposing general counsel and their attorneys never saw him coming and after a few hours of mediation quickly improved their offer and acquiesced. In fact the company general counsel met with us after the negotiations and stated to me "I hired a great attorney". It is with pride and honor that I write this so others may make the right choice in finding an employment and labor attorney to represent them.

I sort the help of Rob Wileys firm in a recent employment dispute & was assigned Fadi Yousef following my initial discussions with Rob Wiley. Fadi was extremely helpful right from day one, he responded to my calls & emails within hours in a very thorough & professional manner. His knowledge of the situation & law was phenomenal. Given Texas Employment Law Fadi did an outstanding job within a remarkable short time which resulted in a win/win for all parties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fadi & the Team at Rob Wiley, P.C. Thank you for all your help & advise.

Consultation fee $150.00 just to see or speak with an attorney who possibly won't take on your case anyway is way too much and ridiculous if you ask me! And you walk away 15min. Or less still in the same situation, The fastest way to Just Take People's Money without doing anything. Just to say No We cant help you in a business voice. BS!!!!!!

Almost a year ago, I found myself in need of legal representation. Since I am not native to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I asked a local Tyler, Texas attorney for Dallas Employment Attorney recommendations. He referred me to Rasha and said he had only met her once but she made an outstanding impression on him. When I first met Rasha and explained my case, not only did she clearly explain the legal ramifications of harassment and retaliation in the workplace in layman's terms but also what the process of filing a civil suit would entail. While being honest with me about the length of time and the additional emotional distress this could cause me, she also instilled a sense of hope in me. Throughout the course of my case, Rasha continually encouraged me and provided such sound and professional legal advice that guided me through what would normally be an extremely intimidating process. Rasha taught me a little about the law (as much as I could understand) and taught me a lot about life. Rasha has truly touched my life in way she will never truly understand. Rasha is a pure form of a woman who loves beyond herself and watching her work and have the gusto to fight for me is a quality I admire. I know she put in long hours and researched laws outside of the typical workplace retaliation and harassment laws to give my case more of a legal standing beyond previous precedence of how employment civil suits are normally resolved.. In the end, the conclusion of my case was fair and it brought a sense of relief that I had not felt in over 300 days and I walked away with my dignity and a newly inspired way to look at not only standing up for my own rights but appreciating that sometimes there is a necessity to seek legal action against those who have maliciously harmed you and restricted your quality of life. Rasha has helped me get my life out of other people’s hands. Thank you Rasha are three words that can’t begin to encompass how grand my appreciate for your talent and your impact on my life has been.

Rasha Zeyadeh was the attorney who handled my matter and I could not have been happier with the representation. Rasha's communication was stellar and she always responded to messages I left. She is a very knowledgeable attorney and one that is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Rasha and would use her again if I have the need.

I can’t say enough words that will defy the excellent representation that I was provided with through Rob Wiley office. Rasha, exceeded my expectations and worked with me through my case especially with me not have a voice to talk. She explained everything very well and made sure that I understood. She always responded in a timely manner and answered any and all my questions that I may have had. Rasha is a beast and doesn’t back down. I would highly recommend Rasha and the office of Rob Wiley.

Don't waste your time with these folks, They wouldn't know a block buster case if it hit them in the head. Talked with Mr. Yousef, sent him e-mail, documents, phone call, also went to their house, (that's right, an old house) is their office in Dallas, TX and talked to him personally. Asked, how many cases they have won, settlement amount, how much litigation experience they have in court. No answer. They are only interested in consulting fee's, and settlement, little or no litigation. If this is the best law firm that deals with Employment Law, here in Texas. You as a terminated employee, are in BIG Trouble!!!

I was wrongfully terminated by a multi-billion dollar, fire-breathing dragon and desperately needed a dragon slayer to level the playing field. I didn't stand a chance at wining alone but fortunately I met Austin P. Campbell. Austin wasn't intimidated by their over-priced law firm nor the size of their bank account. He stood tall and refused to back down despite them pulling every dirty trick under the sun. Well, despite their best efforts to delay, obfuscate and slander my name, Austin forced them to concede and he skillfully negotiated an outstanding severance package. So if you're in a similar situation and really need someone to have your back, I highly recommend you contact the firm of Rob Wiley and ask for Austin.

I came to Rob Wiley, P.C. with no where else to turn as I had a somewhat difficult issue regarding sexual misconduct with a boss. Rasha Zeyadeh was the Attorney I spoke with and she was knowledgeable, very professional, kind, took the time to hear my story and didn't treat me like a number. She truly listened to my case and did everything she could to help me have a voice when no one else would. She not only spoke to me as a person but also gave me some much needed guidance. I am forever grateful for her and I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.

Rasha was very professional and I wish her continued success. Anyone I know who needs help, I am sending them to Rasha. Thanks again.
My case was very complex, but they really pulled through in the end! Thank you so much Rasha, Eric and Rob! I greatly appreciate all that you did!
Keep that in mind when making a decision.
a bit steep, but when the attorney wanted a 20,000 retainer and 30% of my settlement, I knew that this wasn’t the firm for me. They should disclose their rates upfront. I didn’t kill my employer, so requiring 20k upfront is ridiculous. Find a firm that doesn’t charge for consultations otherwise you’re risking wasting your money.
I could pay them $7,000 to file with the EEOC and right a letter. Everyone is saying they were told $5,000.00 so maybe they make up the fees as they go.
Thanks for everything!!

My review is for Rane Riley. He was very professional, organized and efficient. He kept me informed every step of the way and provided his professional recommendations. I highly recommend him as an attorney.
I talked to Eric Dama to first discuss my case helped me, he were very kind and compassionate, helpful and understood my situation.
Thank you..!
He returned my telephone calls and emails by end of business the same day. I appreciate the efforts Mr. Yousef made on my behalf and would recommend this firm (and Mr. Yousef) to address your questions and concerns.
"Make justice your aim: redress the wronged,
hear the orphan’s plea, defend the widow."
I believe it's a rip off to pay $150 for this kind of initial consultation.
Thank you Fadi for your unwaivering support. You are a great sounding board and a genuinely kind human being. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney.
Mr. Yousef is a smart hard working lawyer and I recommend him for anyone who has a wrongful termination claim.
