When you make your decision, you will be better informed as you received more than one professional perspective and cost estimate. You should understand that your lawyers may negotiate on your behalf - between themselves and the judge, so you may not have to see the judge at all. Have your checklist handy, be patient, check it twice before throwing down your signature to get it all over with. I would have done 4.5 stars for 123 Divorce, but it is not possible. Good luck!

I don't know if its discrimination or its the way they handle cases. I went to process my divorce and paid $1,100 and they told me to wait 60 days and they will call me back to notify me the court date, well that day never came.
after 120 days I didn't receive any calls, I had to call constantly and they told me to wait until they find out the date and they will call me back. so now it smell like you don't care about my case because you don't even call me to gave me any notification. I feel like, because I already paid, you don't care.. I called yesterday and today you told me today you don't have my email, when I fill out that information back in October. * I CANT BELIEVE IT* so today I was told that on February 17 I have my court for my divorce.... guest what everyone know February 17 is PRESIDENT DAY and is GOVERMENT HOLIDAY so that mean even schools are closed.
What h@#$$ really? this is too much now but I am sure is one way to fix this..... I want to let the public know that I am here waiting to get divorce and what you suggest me.

I had high hopes for this place. I called to seek representation. As the lady was explaining things I was becoming confused. So I was questioning her. She wasn’t rude but her tone changed to. Bottom line I was told was all of a sudden told they could help me cause I would be required to come in to their office in person.

First the lawyer Latrice Battle didn’t even know what she was doing ATALL , she didn’t even know what all needed to be on the affidavit nor that i needed to get it notarized that’s when i should be knew then she wasn’t the lawyer to get the job done so when we got the court of course the judge couldn’t hear my case so then waited and waited so basically he wasn’t going to hear it anymore so then i basically just wanted the rest of my money back and me and her receptionist or whoever handles that talked we came to agreement so i told her my mom would just pick it it so came the end of the day of course no money and she told my mama she would be representing me at my next court hearing after she told me it was no point in me going so basically she just wants to keep taking your money while she’s not doing anything but sending emails so then i come to her office to get my money back they wanna handle you any kind of way and i had to wait a whole hour ! John Weninger and his law firm are frauds! 99% of their reviews are fakes written by "A Google User" or by someone who is clearly from a different country" I didn't know this at first and believe the reviews. They lure you in with the offer of a low initial payment, but you NEVER can get an attorney on the phone unless you call them a trillion times, and even then their attorneys don't know a thing about your case. If you hire this lawfirm for you divorce or child custody case you are digging your own grave, I had to fire them and get a new lawyer after they did nothing for 5 months but take my monthly payments and get pushed around by my exs attorneys.

Ok first and foremost the service is Horrible I walked seeking a lawyer with little money crying needing help john accepted my case with compassion and sincere words he was also patient and understanding at that time I paid him and began to ask questions 2 weeks later and found out that he only available via MEETING no email or phone calls which for me meant I had to schedule and appointment and then take off work only for my appt to be rushed and when he finally did come and talk to me he had NO ANSWERS it was THATS A GOOD QUESTION I'LL HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU. so i said ok and waited for his call I got nothing i had to call him back and when I did i never got him his assistant(s) had no information they would just rush you off the phone interrupt while your explaining the reason for your call and tell you his next available meeting time. DO NOT USE JOHN its a waste of time and money
