You can’t go wrong with hiring Kyle, he fights for me and my rights as a father. He takes things to a new level, I’ve never seen an attorney fight the way he does. He has given me the ability to believe in my case and I know that he fights for me in the court room when I can’t make it sometimes. I have never met someone who fights as hard as he does and he stands by my side every step of the way. He always wants to make sure that I’m comfortable with the next steps ahead, he prepares me for anything and everything that can and will possibly happen but never leads to me unreasonable expectations. Phenomenal people at this firm. To start they answered the phone every time I called, which due to my anxiety with the case and always preparing for the worst it was a lot. They answered my questions and were always so helpful and polite when doing so. But then you get to Kyle and I'm telling you this guy walks with confidence, such a smooth swagger about him, the case was pretty much over before it started. I got everything I wanted plus a few perks I wasn't expecting. If you want a winner who knows he's going to win give this guy a call. They are great people and great at what they do.

Dena Wilson is literally an angel. If you have the unfortunate experience of finding yourself a target of CPS, do not make the mistake of thinking it is a game and do not put yourself through the horrible sleepless nights of worry. The first and only step in bringing an immediate resolution to this unbelievably complex experience is calling Kyle's office and setting an appointment with Dena. Mr Whitaker runs a very tight ship and is kind to everyone i have seen walking in the building. He had no idea who i was and took the time to say hello and ask how i was doing. Nicole is extremely hard working and gets back to you no matter how busy she is. Very impressive experience.

I hired Drew for a divorce / legal case, and has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! When working with Drew, you don't feel like a statistic, you feel like a friend. He has superior communication skills (always available to talk when you need him), extremely hard working, incredibly intelligent, and is able to work a court room with the best of them. Cannot give any such glowing review in regards to an associate Drew Williamson who is and or was with the firm . brow beats the client , fails to reply by email , then asks for more money after the fact , leaves the client to do his work he is retained to do . one star is to much when the client was being harassed no support from said firm when informed they could and would then telling the client they can't because they / he doesn't have the qualifications to handle that or a probate matter in the first place , turn around and walk away from Drew Williamson at this firm

I have hired Kyle Whitaker not once but twice to represent me in a family case. He is very aggressive and straight forward.
