My initial experience with Ms. Foster and her staff was wonderful. They helped me through every step of the process. My questions were thoroughly answered by her staff with no problems. They still answered my questions years after the divorce was final. And yes, by the person that answered the phone. They handled my complicated case beautifully with a level of professionalism that seems to be hard to find today.
Today, was a different story. The receptionist was no help. It almost felt like I was bothering her to even be calling. I won't call again. I'll find someone else to help me.

Hired Ms Foster for a family member. Best money ever spent. Even the simplest uncontested divorce can present landmines. We had no idea what lay ahead until Ms Foster successfully lead us through it. Mrs. Foster and I didn't see eye to eye about my custody and child support papers, but I hired her anyway. She was focused on milking him for money, while I was focused on protecting everyone involved. Sandra was amazing, though I did get my first draft much later than I was told. After my papers were filed, I got no help on how to proceed. I changed my son's name in the same papers and they didn't tell me the process of how to get a new birth certificate or anything for him (which is quite lengthy and costly). I am still jumping over hurdles 9 months later. After that first meeting, I never spoke to Mrs. Foster again, which goes to show it's about money and not help. $3,100 for an uncontested custody agreement? I should have shopped around.

Do your homework before hiring her. Gave me incorrect information and charged me an unnecessary fortune for it. Ended up hiring another attorney who ran circles around her for far less. Big lesson I learned. Never again!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had selected the right law firm. The receptionist was extremely nice and attentive. I called to find help and what I found was a person who laughed at me over the phone over my family issue. She was extremely rude, cuts you off and you can hear scoffing at you. I guess she does not realize how loud she scoffs and that it is clearly audible. The attorney may be good, but the female who answers the phone does not have the customers or the business's interest at heart.
