Rude. Hung up on me. Wants $50 to even hear what I have to say. These lawyers are all trying to make money on initial visits it seems. Wouldn't even ask me 1 questions before she asked me to pay money for consultation.

I paid for a consultation with Lawyer Mr. McWilliams, His expertise in Landlord Tenant issues was everything I needed to know. He thoroughly explained my best course of action in my specific situation. He also offered more reasonable services if I needed to proceed with any legal action. I highly recommend this Law Office.

I hired this law firm and would do so as many times again as needed. I worked with multiple attorneys. I also interacted with, I believe, most of the staff. I was treated with respect every interaction. They were upfront with the consultation, almost to the hour. I cannot say enough positive things about this law firm. If you need help, call them.

I hadn’t lived in Arizona for more than a couple of weeks the first time I met with Attorney McWilliams. I had just purchased my first car and I, like many young adults, was taken advantage of by the dealership and their finance manager. I went to The Law Office of Scott J. McWilliams, L.L.C. to have Attorney McWilliams review my contract, and to hopefully have him address a few of the issues I had with the finance manager at the dealership. To my surprise, and utmost satisfaction, it took Attorney McWilliams just a few phone calls to the dealership to have my payments lowered by almost one hundred dollars per month. His ability to pay such close attention to detail also led him to notice other discrepancies on the contract I hadn’t, and was able to get me a full refund for a service I didn’t even know I purchased when I purchased the car.
It was evident to me, from the moment I met him, that Attorney McWilliams is extremely diligent and works very hard for his clients, regardless of the size of the case or situation at hand. Attorney McWilliams kept me completely informed throughout the whole process and never made me feel like my problem was too small or my concerns were illegitimate. He exceeded my expectations in every aspect of his representation of me, which is why I sought his advice when it came to my next endeavor, purchasing a home.

Jami Goldman displays confidence and professionalism to handle just about anything that comes her way. I am very pleased with the way she handled my divorce. I would recommend Jami and Scott for any family type issues that arise.

Horrific person and terrible lawyer. Lacks professionalism and honesty in any capacity. Will charge for a consult in areas he doesn’t practice in then send you somewhere else. Refuses to give itemized billing. Asks clients religion, sexual orientation. Can hear him talking disrespectfully about other clients while waiting.

We hired Scott McWilliams to represent us in an eviction case. Lisa Boddington represented us in court and she did a good job. She was knowledgeable and gave us sound legal advice. However, the legal fees from Scott McWilliams were about 50% more than they should have been. This is based on feedback from other attorneys in the same field. My request to receive an itemized bill by email or mail was denied. Scott McWilliams personally told me that if I wanted a copy of my itemized bill that I could drive to his office to pick up.
