This was my first experience with DUI in AZ. It wasn't great: I slammed my SUV into the back of a semi truck on my way home from a few nuclear IPAs. I was ambulanced to the hospital for a couple days (I'm ok, thanks, and the truck driver was unscratched). It was an extreme DUI, maybe even super extreme by AZ standards. I should be in jail. Instead I'm writing a review on Google from my home. It cost me (yes, you are going to pay for your DUI), but I knew it would and Rosenstein's team is worth every red cent.

The entire team at Rosenstein - and they are definitely a team - is on point, knowledgable, and non-judgemental. I'm familiar with legal proceedings so I wanted a lawyer that could take the ball and run with it and not bother me with the details. They accommodated me, but were clear that they are willing to do regular status updates for the clients that want it.

The Rosenstein team negotiated the DA down to a slight DUI with 1 day served and 8 days of home detention with 12-hour work furloughs. Dave Smith, the attorney who argued my case before the court, was careful to go over every aspect of the case, what I should expect from the judge in my jurisdiction. Moreover, Dave convinced the judge to waive jail time.

In short, Dave Smith and Rosenstein Law knocked the wind out of a personal disaster and made what could have been a nightmare into something like an extended inconvenience.

Excellent! Look no further. I worked with Mr. Dave Maletta and several of his colleagues. I was charged with felony speeding (104/65)! and Dave's team thoroughly researched the charge, requested video records, attended multiple hearings and in the end I was only assessed traffic school. This group is a joke.. Had received my second DUI within a 2 yr period with a .092 .096. Came in questioning what could be done if anything at all. Also stated the cop had blown through a traffic light and it flashed. I Was under impression that dui would get dropped down to reckless driving, but aware no guarantees. Had stated on several occasions jail was not a concern for me. But my license on the other hand. I need that. So maybe 6 months jail in exchange for no suspension but start interlock as soon as i get out.. Or something so my license was not to he suspended for a whole yr. Was under impression we were negotiating terms as well as waiting for "evidence" to come through.. As he told me for $2000 more we can go to trial and make the court hand over information we were waiting for. But if we lose i face max sentencing..For 3 months we waited and i was just told we were stuck. That the courts were dragging there feet... We had rejected first plea of just taking second time dui. And the cop who blew through the light. And said i had failed on ALL the tests miserably.. Mind you was just barely over. Got caught w an open container because i was speeding... My first DUI i take full responsibility and paid my dues for i should not have been driving. But this time. I was not drunk But yes still breaking the law.. My question is.. if there was no room for negotiation and no evidence in hand for me to have any ground to stand on and no push from my attorney to obtain that evidence. Than why did i hire you? In the end. I had received my second dui. 2 wks in jail, 1 yr suspension and following a 1 yr interlock at 80 bucks a month and paid in total $7500. Without interlock cost..Where as if i would have just taken my second dui. I would have had 4 wks in jail, 1 yr suspension and following 1 yr interlock and paid $4000. So all in all i paid 3500 more for 2 wks off my jail time which i had no concern for all while under the pretence that something could be done on my behalf... Extremely disappointed.. I am 25 yrs old and i strongly believe now that lawyers are scams seeming how sure they were in the beginning and then telling me seeming this a second dui this a good plea.. JOKE. They were well aware of all facts surrounding my case and did nothing to help me. Or at least benefit me.. I felt like i was contacting THEM. My lawyer Mark Beller couldnt even give me a direct line seeming he was hard to be reached even when i was scheduled for a telephonic meeting/progress w case... Very unprofessional. It may just be me, but I was not satisfied with this law group service, the Initial meeting was like sitting with a car salesman, promising you all you want to hear how great it is to hire this law firm, along the lawyer assigned to my case was not as friendly-talk by phone once. paid up front as required, but no charges where ever filed, so no actions taken, but DMV was involved-which lawyer could not help with- but just to plead...and of course as I suspected, not a itemized invoice or accounting of time for the initial $2500 paid without any refund, but only that I should be happy they were there for me just in case. My recommendation is only to shop around. Note: receptionist was very friendly.
