My experience with this office, staff, and my attorney (Anthony) was nothing but positive. I felt informed of what was going to happen at every step of the process, and when I emailed questions, I never waited more than 24 hours for a response.....but most often, I got a response the same day and it was a response that thoroughly addressed my questions or concerns. I never felt like a burden to my attorney, no matter how frequently I contacted him and no matter the nature of my questions, and he always knew exactly what was going on with my case every time I reached out to him as if he had it tatooed on the back of his hand.

After my accident, I thought I could go it alone. With all the pain I went through after my accident, and all the runaround I got from my own insurance for an underinsured claim, I was woefully mistaken about my own level of expertise and patience. Let me start by saying any positive reviews you read are FAKE. This law firm is a joke, they do absolutely nothing for you ,except take 1/3 of your settlement. My attorney, if u call him that, was Anthony and he did absolutely nothing. I spent all my time arguing with him. He even had the nerve to tell me that the FIRST offer from the insurance company was normally the best. I ended up firing him and got a REAL attorney who got me 3 times the amount Anthony wanted me to take! Stay away from these guys they are just a settlement mill.

I had a great experience working with hastings and hastings after my car accident in February. I worked along side Anthony Campagnolo and Patty. I was very pleased with the communication and professionalism. In the future I will recommend Anthony to family and friends. I chose Hasting and Hasting because their marketing seemed
honest and for the people,however, my experience with Hastings and Hastings was horrible.
Anthony Campagnolo sold me during the initial interview. I signed for him to represent me and after that communications were downhill from him and his staff.
His Paralegal Patricia Guzman was very poor at returning my
phone calls. Simple follow ups on email and snail mail documents took months.
After the first 15 months, I never heard from her and I kept getting different people.

My entire case was a weird unprofessional experience. I could feel this case
was going to end in disappointment. My case started December 2014 and Ended August 2016 on a rear end at a stop light accident.

When it was time to settle Anthony was real short and really didn't care to listen to my questions and he kept repeating himself. I felt his tone was very condescending and I called him out on it. I felt Anthony lacked empathy and respect to me; his customer. He never let me finish a sentence. He gave a very mechanical apology and wanted to move forward. I got an equivalent of a month's wage as a settlement. Yes that was it.
I go to deposit the check and the teller tells me they've recently had return checks from the law groups trust fund I can't wait until this is over.

Anthony Campagnolo presents himself as a professional attorney initially but lacks professionalism and customer service when working with him.
I pray I'm never in another accident. I do not recommend this company.
