Giving them a “1 star” because I can’t give them anything less. I was referred to this group by a friend who happens to work for a city judge. Been calling them continuously for almost two months. Every time I have to explain what happened and they indicate someone will call me on the following day. Every time I call I have to explain my situation. No notes kept whatsoever, nor am I on the system. Super frustrating. Obviously they have enough clients to keep them busy that do not need my business. There’s plenty more attorneys out there that will be willing to take my case. Will not waste my time with this firm any longer. Substandard service.

Carl , has no people skills. Worst attorney ever had to deal with. Dropped my case because I asked questions and he wasn't making a bunch of money. Will never do business ever with this company. Almost a year gone by. No communication when finally after several email. Carl said that my emails went to his junk mail. That is the way he treats his customers like junk. Think twice before using them.
