I highly recommend Adam to anyone in need of an excellent criminal attorney.
Debbie Brassel
Highly recommended. Thank you!
Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for all Adam Feldman has done. He went out of his way to call me with great news and provided details that gave me and my family clarity on a complicated subject. Mr. Feldman exceeded all expectations. I give him the highest recommendation to anyone seeking the best criminal defense attorney. Thank you!
I immediately knew I had chosen the correct attorney when I entered the courthouse. I could see the respect other legal professionals and the court officers had for Adam. It was extremely comforting to say the least.
Through the months that followed, Adam expertly navigated thru the court system ultimately concluding my case in a most successful manner.
I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is seeking truly excellent and honest representation.
We hired Adam Feldman and I am happy to say he got the lowest sentence possible. I am happy with his work and the outcome of our case. I highly recommend him.
In the past, I have hired some of the so-called big names in the industry specific to the nature of the crime I was accused of. After being re-arrested for an allegation that was never investigated, I contacted my last attorney who is very well-known in the community. Although there was no evidence supporting the allegation in any way, he wanted nearly $100,000 to take the case. I was told that if I lost at trial, my sentence would likely be 130-160 years.
I contacted another well-know Phoenix law firm that wanted close to the same amount of money to represent me and stated up-front that they could probably get me ONLY 10 years. I had also contacted several other attorneys and all of them left me feeling like once they received my money, the communication would become scarce. One law firm made me feel like they were selling me a car. I was at a loss and feeling hopeless while languishing in jail.
While in jail, I happened to meet a guy who had a very high-profile case who said that Adam Feldman did an amazing job for him and that he was going to be released soon. I called Adam’s cell phone and he came to see me the very same day. He carefully looked at my case and said the only reason that I was arrested was because of a prior conviction. “I can help you,” he said. I knew right then that I wanted Adam Feldman to represent me as my attorney.
From the moment I hired Adam, he hit the ground running filing motion after motion. The whole case, and my outlook, changed immediately. I could tell that the prosecution was out-matched every time I went to court with Adam. He has a very polite, easy manner about him. He seemed well-liked and respected by judges, despite the fact that he was shredding the prosecution’s case.
Even though he always seemed to be in trial, I never felt neglected. Never have I had an attorney give me his cell phone number. I can’t begin to explain how comforting it was while in jail to know I had an attorney who I could call at any time. Oftentimes, he would have me call him in the evenings and on the weekends. At all times, Adam kept me informed and he was personally engaged in my case.
It was encouraging to see Adam win case after case while I waited to go to trial. After each win, I sincerely congratulated him and each time he was always humble and excited about getting ready to win my case next.
After my release, Adam didn’t just shake my hand and disappear. He continued to file motions and work for me even though his job was technically done. When nobody else believed in me, he did. I would not be free if it wasn’t for Adam Feldman. Thank you, Adam. Thank you for going above and beyond. Without a doubt, you have changed my life. And for that, I am eternally grateful.
Sincerely,
Dan Reynolds
I was a client of Mr. Feldman and Initially he responded well but then we were left with messages that were not returned for weeks (text & phone) and felt alone through most of the process.
There was practically no proactive guidance and no closure. I would not recommend him if you are unfamiliar with the “process” and need responsive communication.
the least. Throughout the entire process he was very helpful and
knowledgeable in all aspects of the case. I was very nervous at the start of
trial but Adam immediately eased my nerves with the opening statement. He
demands the attention of the entire courtroom and is well respected by the prosecutors and judge! I was facing some serious charges and Adam was able to pin point every inaccuracy from the police reports to the testimony. I received a NOT guilty verdict on all 4 counts. My family and I greatly thank Adam for his hard work, skills and professionalism! The Feldman Law Firm is the definition of "greatness". If you ever need an attorney in Arizona, call Adam without question!
Thank you very much! Your representation changes lives…
