In the past, I have hired some of the so-called big names in the industry specific to the nature of the crime I was accused of. After being re-arrested for an allegation that was never investigated, I contacted my last attorney who is very well-known in the community. Although there was no evidence supporting the allegation in any way, he wanted nearly $100,000 to take the case. I was told that if I lost at trial, my sentence would likely be 130-160 years.

Follow up stinks!

I was a client of Mr. Feldman and Initially he responded well but then we were left with messages that were not returned for weeks (text & phone) and felt alone through most of the process.

There was practically no proactive guidance and no closure. I would not recommend him if you are unfamiliar with the “process” and need responsive communication.

Mr. Feldman is an amazing defense attorney. He defended my son in a criminal court case that if won by the state prosecution it would have sent him to jail for 18 years and ruined his life completely. After only one phone conversation with us he went to visit with him in jail to get the full story. After meeting him and learning of the charges that he was accused of he decided to take the case with the full knowledge that there was no way he could let such an injustice happen to an innocent person. Once in court Mr. Feldman took complete charge of the case and the court room, picking apart the states case piece by piece, professional degree witnessed by professional degree witness, proving to everyone in the court room that this case was based solely on half truths and out right lies. With his stealthy, cool and calm demeanor he was able to prove this case calling on only one witness to the stand which was my son, and together they proved to the jury by a unanimous decision verdict of NOT GUILTY, after only taking one hour to deliberate the case!
