I was hit by a car while riding through an intersection on my motorcycle. The people that saw the accident thought I was dead. The driver that hit me was claiming that it was my fault even though I had a green light. I am so grateful that I was referred to The Law Tigers. Not only did the law tigers make everything easy and straight forward for me, but they took care of everything on the back end to make sure I was taken care of. I worked with Michelle Hall. On a personal level she was great and checked up on me as I recovered from surgery. I AM SO GLAD I FIRED THIS LAW FIRM.

They were absolutely unsatisfactory. I was in an accident and hired this firm thinking that they would have my best interest in mind, was I wrong. The law tigers assigned stephanie Walker as my paralegal, in over two months, she had no updates for me at all. In the course of two months, she reached out to keep me updated one time. She didn't even have a full police report. When I finally got tired of waiting and requested an update, she advised on a recorded line that she hadn't even tried to proceed with anything regarding my case. I explained my situation and her response was "don't you live with your mom? It can't be that bad." I called in to see about changing my paralegal and the receptionist was rude and even put me on hold in the middle of me asking for a manager. Scott finally got on the phone and argued semantics of the difference between an attorney and a paralegal for almost 10 minutes, before he tried to condemn me for holding the firm accountable. He took shots at my intelligence, my education level, and over me not having the and I quote " ideal insurance policy", before telling me that he could fire me as a client if he didn't like me.
I would not reccomend this firm, and I hope there are repercussions.

To start off I want to give all the credit to Terrie with the Law Tigers, I don't know how much my case was worked on by anyone else, but she was the only one I had communication with. She was very professional and quick to respond. I appreciate her and all the work she put in to take care of me and in the end my case was settled and I was pleased with the outcome. Terrie took care of all the paper work, filing all the forms, and requesting all the records, along with clearly communicating the process to me so I didn't have to nag her about where we were at. Quick note about crash. I was going straight through an intersection and a driver turning left, turned right in front of me. I know this is common among riders, so trust me when I say you can feel good about going to the law tigers.

Secondly I recommend Terrie Cunningham to work your case! Terrie went above and beyond her normal scope of work to ensure I not only got my fair amount in a settlement, but also to help fight my medical insurance for bills they should have paid but denied. When all the dust finally settled (only 18 months total from hire to final disbursement, and only because of my medical insurance dragging their feet), my settlement and final documents arrived in a timely manner! I cannot say enough good about this firm. I was unfortunately involved in a motorcycle accident that was not my fault and I contacted LT because their information was on the registration holder I received at the motorcycle safety course. The day after the accident I was really banged up and couldn't move much. LT sent Robert out to my house. He is a fellow rider and was extremely empathetic. After meeting him I immediately knew I was in good hands. He left, and my contact going forward was Marlene (paralegal). She is great. She has been in constant contact with me since the case began (about a year ago) and always returns my calls/emails promptly. She is also very aggressive in terms of finding items to add to the potential settlement. I was extremely worried when the case first began because the cop who wrote the accident report left the entire thing blank (moron). We also had no information on the other party who caused the accident. I thought for sure that I was going to be laid up, unable to work because of my injuries, with loads of medical bills and no motorcycle. It was very stressful. However, LT was able to reach the officer who wrote the "report" and track down the at-fault party's information. Since then checks have been rolling in. I received much more than I expected for my bike (about double its worth imo), all of my medical bills have been covered, and I also received a sizable settlement that I was not even expecting. This case has been long, and I know LT has been hitting road blocks every step of the way. The police and insurance companies have been very uncooperative and I can only imagine the difficulties LT has been having getting this thing nailed down. They haven't faltered once though, and I am very satisfied with their performance. When doing a legal case, you have to be in for the long haul. Whenever there is a medical claim, it gets complicated and is not going to be resolved in a couple months. While my case was mostly handled by a paralegal named Michelle Hall, she was excellent and was able to make the best out of a bad situation. I had her direct line if I needed to contact her but I pretty much just let her do her thing and she got it done. She was able to get me off the hook for an our of network physical therapist. That alone saved me thousands. I would have totally botched this case. God forbid I need legal representation for an accident again. But if I do, I'll definitely be calling them to handle it.

Sleazy disgusting and lazy scammers. This entire company consists of adding themselves to your insurance policy and when you win cause the other person was at fault, these bags of trash are on your policy and get 33% but written themselves into the contract in an underhanded roundabout way to get 66%. If you lose, oh well you shouldn't have rear ended someone but at least they went into the situation with you together when they tried to add themselves in on a win :/
This company is scum and illegally jumping on people's settlements and pretending they're doing something. They're actually holding you back from doing the process with your insurance agency who have it in your best interest to win because they lose if you lose, while outlaw tigers are even delaying on top of stealing when they're always on vacation.

Called them up after I was cut off in traffic, first thing they ask was if I was ok. From that point on they were nothing but nice professional and clear on what they were gonna do. They turned whole situation around, from the insurance company saying I had to pay 40% of the bills to me actually getting money. The lady I worked with, Michelle Hall, was awesome. Had I not been referred by a friend, I would have never considered the Law Tigers simply because their ads are geared toward motorcycles. However, I brought my car accident case to them and they knocked it out like pros. The insurance companies usually get over on me, but these guys had my back. These guys are a bunch of con artists . The drivers insurance company was the same as mine . and they offered Law Tigers enough to cover there costs only if they could get me to drop lawsuit .

On March 27, 2015, I had the unfortunate occasion, to be involved in a T-bone motorcycle accident. The driver of the car, who was unlicensed, pulled in front of me from and intersecting road, controlled by a stop sign.
I collided with the left front of said vehicle, and was propelled over it, landing on the roadway. Several fractures, road rash, and lots of swelling later, I noticed the Law Tigers advertisement on the side of a bus, and gave them a call.
