I am a single mother of two kids and I was living with their dad since they were born. He is on their birth certificates but we were never married and we never went through the court system for custody since we lived together. Things got really bad between us and I had no where else to go but out of state with the kids. Of course, I was nervous making that kind of decision and worried about being charged with kidnapping. The staff are very professional & welcoming. They will stick with you till the end. Sometimes it feels like theres a lot of downtime but that's just the way legal matters tend to go. Patience is a virtue & this firm is legit.

I am writing this review only because I have no other way of getting in touch with any reasonable person at this firm.
I have been requesting communication from ANY lawyer at this firm for the past 4 month and I have yet to hear back from anyone!
The front desk receptionist (Eve) actually told me today that I can only speak to her and no one else! she then went on to tell me she will not transfer me to anyone else and hung up the call. When I called back there was no answer to 4 calls, until I called from a different number and the same lady answered right away.
This unprofessional behavior and absolute disregard for any ethics is quite appalling to say the least!
I'm sure the lawyers are excellent at what they do, but the face of this firm is being represented by a very unprofessional woman!

I hired Mr.Baker to represent me a week before my court date in a Family" protection order hearing" case. He and his Secretary made sure to keep in contact. His fees were flat fees and very reasonable actually best I could find. Being that I lived outside of Arizona he made sure to do his best in communicating. Honest & straight forward

My case was shuffled among 2 "Lawyers" at this firm. With the latter filing a motion to withdraw after literally creating conflict with me to justify dropping my case weeks before trial. When I FINALLY received a call back from Michael, I was informed this associate ditched all of her assigned cases in one form or another then parted ways with the Firm altogether. Mr. Baker made no attempt to right this wrong and left me out to dry. Waste of time, money and emotional energy by hiring this firm. I did more work on my case them any of the associates combine.

I highly recommend Michael and his firm, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

He explained the process of how these types of cases go and what needed to be done to get the charges dismissed. He and his team always responded quickly to any questions I had, and ultimately, everything unfolded exactly as he had predicted and all charges were dismissed. The cost was a flat fee that was certainly fair for the work that was done.

Very rude owner and front desk secretary. Was on the phone in the waiting room and the secretary told me to talk outside as it was disrupting her work. It’s not like I was taking loud or anything. Then the owner walked in and just looked at me without saying hello. Then another time my girlfriend walked into the back door by accident and the owner asked her “can’t your read?” and pointed to a tiny little sign that read “employees only.” Which was confusing because the “back” door is right by the parking lot and to get to the front door you have to walk around the whole building which is pretty confusing.

Then fast forward 3 months they send an email asking for a positive 5 star review, he said they really need more of them to help bring in business. He said if we used yelp and google to leave them on both. That email is what prompted us to leave this review, I’m sorry it’s not 5 stars. Only go here if you like supporting jerks.

I use a lot of Attorneys but this law firm would not back down and got me and my company a full dismissal on two cases thank you Michael. I paid a flat fee and the cases went on well over a year .

I was wrongly and unfairly charged in a civil matter (order of protection). Other law firms I first met with tried to work their scare tactics and force me into a corner to pay their inflated fees. Michael Baker did not do that, on our initial call he told me exactly how he could be successful with the issue and offered to do so at a very reasonable flat fee. Where do I start? Number one lets start with mike trying to accept gift cards as payment hmmm im pretty sure that’s against the law but I’m no lawyer. He stole money from my family and did nothing on the case no really lawyer material if you ask me. Recommendations For a great Criminal lawyer and law firm

Late last year a dear friend of our family was wrongly charged with a criminal complaint. Our Friend, Bob is a very successful business man who among other accomplishments has taken two manufacturing corporations publicly. And, he is currently president of a large corporation which is in the process of becoming a significant development and manufacturing corporation

After talking to several mutual friends it was recommenced that he contact Mr. Mike Baker at his law firm. After reviewing the case Mike gave Bob a reasonable estimate for the required legal work. Not only did Mike complete the case work successfully, He never asked for any additional funds even though their were several continuances which required more time and work.

Aaron & the team at The Baker Law firm absolutely made this the easiest most comfortable experience ever. I was involved in an incident at a city park where a charcoal grill caused a fire, making damage to grass and plants at the park. Though i was not the guilty party, I waited at the scene instead of leaving like everyone else. I even called 911. When authorities arrived, they immediately treated me as the suspect and even though I vehemently denied my guilt, they charged me with reckless burning which is a misdemeanor. To someone like myself who has no criminal history or record at all, I didnt know what to do or where to turn. The officers kept telling me "it is just a misdemeanor" but I worked too hard to keep a clean record, plus its not fair that because I tried to do the right thing and stay I end up taking all of the blame. When I reached out to Aaron, who I was referred to by a mutual friend, Aaron could tell that I had no experience dealing with this type of activity before. He put me at ease by first off coming up with a payment plan that was flexible and fair on both parts. He also took the time to ask me every little detail. After my first conversation with Aaron I could tell not only he believed in me, but believed he could get a full dismissal and that is what he worked for.
