I interviewed three law offices. I don't normally take the middle priced option. I did this time. I got the same attention as I would have at the higher priced offices. Bankruptcy isn't easy. Great lawyer, he really helped my mother out of a jam. She was totally new to bankruptcy and he talked with us for about an hour and a half to make sure she wouldn't be worried.

Mr. Wright was awesome! Got my case done fast, clean, and clear. What he said would come out of my pocket was true, I didn't pay a dime more which was 1/3 the cost of Phillips. I reccommend him to anyone that asks me how I did it.

Steal from the poor. Don't pay a dime until you know you qualify. Stole $500 from me to do a 5 minute means test. Quoted me $1100 total then when I asked for a refund and paperwork of what they did they sent me a bill for $3000 to try and scare me. Worse than car salesmen. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ben Wright is the most unprofessional lawyer I have encountered. We had a scheduled appointment to talk at 11:30am. He never called until 1:30pm. I specifically took time off work for this phone call that his office set up. He said he was on another call and made no attempt to reschedule.

I had a very positive experience with Attorney Wright. He or his staff returned my e-mails and calls promptly (even after business hours occasionally). His fees were reasonable. He was patient with me when I showed up in court missing an important document. He is aggressive, but fair and nice.

This place is one of the worst I’ve ever done business with! I have been trying to get someone and I mean anyone from the company on the phone so I can find out how my bankruptcy has been going, I’ve NOT BEEN ABLE to speak to anyone since I gave them my money!! I have heard nothing, and as far as communicating with someone in the office, NOTHING!! When I finally do get someone on the phone its Benjamin Wright... You think oh perfect the lawyer!? Right? Wrong! This guy is a total douche bag! He is screaming and yelling at me for trying to communicate with him on how my process is going?? I asked him for help with knowing who is included in my bankruptcy and he started screaming at me and hung up the phone! Listen dude, I don’t know if you’re having a bad day, But I’ve had a few bad years which is the reason I reached out to you for help! If you have to be such an a** hole about doing YOUR job, then I hope you never get any business again!! RIPOFF!!

I would never recommend this office to anyone. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time just to get walked out on. I went in for a "free" consultation and when I said i was going to think about my decision a little more after he asked me to pay $250, he took back the paper he gave me (list of documents needed), got up and walked out. Not a handshake, nice to meet you or anything. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
