Cassandra Chambers has kept in contact either by phone, text or email to keep current on the situation, and Attorney Doug Settel will speak with you on the phone if you have difficulties gettin to an office. I have genuinely enjoyed working with Goldberg and Osborne. They have taken every opportunity to walk me through the confusing process and to help make things on my end as easy as possible!

I am extremely upset about how things were handled in my case. There was very little communication between my lawyer/paralegal and the other parties, i had to do all the. while still suffering from my injuries, took almost 6 months for everything to get done, and alot of my medical bills were not taken care of like I was expecting (did you pocket it or send it to the wrong location again?). All of this is affecting my credit greatly. My paralegal either quit or was fired right after my case was settled, and it was so long ago I wouldn't even know to begin to figure all of this out. This really needs to be figured out; I submitted every single bill that I was given, and this case was not handled how it should have been.

EDIT: After I wrote this review, my lawyer from Goldberg and Osborne contacted me immediately and I did realize that there was a misunderstanding on my end. I was still however upset with how my case was handled by the Paralegal. As a goodwill gesture, my lawyer has offered to look into some of my bills and see if she can get some reduced or expunged completely. It has been about 2 months since we last spoke of this. I will change my review to a full 5 stars once I hear back from her.
