Had an extremely traumatic car accident involving me and 3 other cars. I ended up going to the hospital for the night. Unfortunately did not have health insurance at the time and my hospital bill was a whopping $40,000! Not including other expenses such as the chiropractor that I needed and Goldberg and Osborne helped me with. They also were able to cut down the medical fees by tens of thousands of dollars! They took care of everything and I came out of this stress free and with money in my pockets. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing work that they do. By far the worst customer service I've ever received. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. I had signed a contract for
Suzanne to represent me and she quit the firm and now I know why. This place is very unorganized and over worked. They provided me with no confidence in my case. Taking my business elsewhere. There are way too many other reputable law firms to even consider them. Without Suzanne they are falling apart. Don't sign anything with them because they will charge you whether you decide to go with them or not and they can change your attorney like they did with me and still charge if you decide to leave. I signed on with Suzanne for Suzanne and since she left I'm now stuck with a new attorney and because I'm choosing to leave I'm getting charged. Just a terrible experience all around. I don't recommend them at all.
