Significant failure to follow through with clients regarding accident insurance payment ans settlement responses. This has resulted in myself and my housemate being billed for charges by our Insurance providers despite being laid to believe that the attorney's office was actually processing and handling things in a proper and timely manner.

If I could give negative stars I would... My case has been ongoing for over three years when I call and try to speak to my lawyer I get the run around and just angry people that cant give any straight answers. My best advice stay far far away!!

On March 30 2016, I was in a car accident on my way home from work in Turlock California. Being from a rural area, about 10 minutes away from home (Newman California) I was hit by a vehicle nearly head on at 55mph. Having suffered major injuries and being in the hospital for almost a week, my father did me the favor in contacting AA Accident Attoneys on a Sunday through a simple Google search, he left his message and didn't expect a call back so soon considering it had been the weekend. To his surprise, Lance Kirk immediately called him back. Lance was our lawyer and attorney throughout the case and he has been beyond helpful. He always answered calls in a timely manner, was very organized, and resolved my case very quickly! Lance was not only very helpful with the our case and questions but also cared very much about my recovery and healing. The best part is we are located about 5 hours North of Newport Beach and he still was very accepting of our case. After getting into an accident and hurting my neck I was scared. I was in pain and unable to work. the accident was real bad one there was a lot of snow on the road but the ice was under
the snow and there was a truck coming straight towards us and he was not going to stop he hit a couple of cars but we put our truck in the path so he did not hit anybody else these attorneys helped get us back on track they really helped me out and for them I would give them to all of my freinds
