In my opinion this law firm is unethical and immoral. They have plenty of their own cases and stories to advertise with, hopefully with permission from their clients, but instead chose to use the death of my son in Illinois to bring in more clients. When I called to tell them to take my son's story off of their page I was not met with compassion or apologies but complete disregard for my feelings and even an attitude about why they had a right to use his case. They didn't have anything to do with my son's case and didn't even have their facts straight in their post. I would not use an attorney that has to pull headlines from across the country to entice people to use their services. Stand on your own merit not the grief of a bereaved mother.

This is By far the most unprofessional law office Ive ever done business with.My dad has had a case with them that has been going on for 5 years, and this case was completely neglected by this office since day one. All his staff are unprofessional and they keep changing every month. It’s basically like a zoo and no one really knows what they are doing.They don’t answer your phone calls and they don’t take care of any problems. They just tell you to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. The main lawyer, Payam Shayani who also calls himself Mark is never taking care of the cases, and the cases are handled by New lawyers that just graduated and don’t know really what they are supposed to do.
Our case settled for the minimum possible offer after 5 years of going back and forth and they still didn’t give us our share after 6 months of making all kinds of excuses. Mandy, the office manager is the worst of all, poor management and very rude. They already have several complaints with the California Bar Assosiation, which I strongly suggest You look at before choosing him to represent you.Dont be fooled by his good reviews on google, they probably ask people to write it for them, because this is not a 5 star law firm. If I could rate them below zero I would. In fact I just filed a complaint myself and I never complain about anything.

There communication skills were horrible, I had a total of 3 attorneys take over my case so I felt like no one really knew all the details to my case, The state doctor claimed I had no injury and when I received my MRI through the defendant and not my attorney it showed that I had knee injuries they still couldn’t put it to use. My attorneys never showed up to any of my court dates and always sent a representative. The day of the settlement I didn’t even want to settle because I wanted to at least get the chance to the let the state doctor review my mri report but the representative kept insisting that I should settle because he didn’t feel confident in my case so I felt like I had no support and no other choice. So after I settled my attorney never even gave me a phone call, I received on from my case manager and he didn’t have much to say and said he would end up calling me back because the rep was on the other line and I still haven’t heard from them. Seemed very unprofessional, unorganized and uneducated in the workers comp field. Prior to my court hearing they gave me a day notice when I called my attorney the week of and she stated that I had no up and coming court dates because they were trying to get the MRI and send it to the state doctor but when I went to the hearing my rep told me they’ve been trying to have the hearing for the past 3 days. I would never recommend pacific attorney group to any being on this planet. You might as well represent your self. Took me 2 years just to settle for 10k and still have knee injuries to recover from on my own.
