Would not recommend this place. Our attorney did not fight for what was rightfully ours. He was rude and lazy.

I had a great experience with them handling my motor vehicle accident case. Very polite, never made me feel out of place, and got the job done real fast. Tania did a good job!

I would not recommend Jesse-T-Hernandez, he is lazy and try’s to pressure you into a plea if you refuse and want to take to trail he will file to get tooken off your case because he is to lazy to fight for you. They also like to ignore calls and not call you back, then lie and say they have tried reaching you! If I would have read all the reviews he already has I would have never wasted my time with him!

The only law office in Central Texas that would take the type of case I had. Drove 2 hours twice for them not to take seemingly because the lack of monetary return and they way that it would have been paid for (I pay for a legal service through my job). The lawyer was nice enough to print out the laws and direct me on how to handle it myself. The receptionist must be a family member because I’m not sure how else she keeps her job.

I was very pleased with Mr.Alcozer's service. I was working with another attorney for my SS claim who wasn't available the day of court and waited until 4 weeks before court to inform me. Mr. Alcozer took my case with only having a little over 2 weeks to prepare for court. Him and Irma were very friendly and helpful each time I called. Will definitely use his services, if needed again.

Highly recommended they took all the time to answer every question.
I personally don't understand the bad reviews in here. They text me to remind me my appointment the day before. Very professional and with all intentions to help. Thank you for everything looking forward to continuing service in the future

Arranged this firn for a friend. Beatty did not return multiple calls timely nor follow through on promised performance. Hired another firm.

I would like to say I thank God for the excellent service and the professionalism is outstanding and Irma is such an asset her kindness and care for detail is a blessing!

Getting a consultation with this law office is the worst. ALL VETERANS: AVOID THIS LAW FIRM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! The staff starting with Emma who does an intake that takes what seems like an eternity. She was is very rude. She acts as if English is her first language and it's like pulling teeth to get her to comprehend. They ask questions that don't pertain to the your disabilities and will put you on hold for extended amounts of time. When asked how does those questions pertain to ones need for representation for disability, she stated that it helps the attorney to make the determination whether or not he should make an appointment. I spoke with this girl on last Thursday and am just receiving a call back today which didn't help at all!

I wish i could have given them a negative star but unfortunately this is the lowest I can go.I contacted them through Hyatt Legal Plans for a traffic issue and had an initial call set up with Mr. Hernandez.I did not have enough information about the police officer at that time.Mr Hernandez said he cannot consult until he is made aware of the details of the officer because he may have a conflict of interest.I got the details from courthouse and called them up.His assistant took the details and said i should expect a call in a day or two but then NOTHING....i waited for them to call me for 7 days.His assistant did not even have the basic courtesy to take the call.She just told the telephone operator that they can't take my case because of conflict of interest.When I asked them why did not i receive a call earlier if this was the case but did not get any reply.What's pathetic is they are not even apologetic for this.I strongly urge people to avoid them like plague..If they are this callous in such petty cases,I wonder what would have happened if I had approached them for any serious case.

Do not hire this firm. Beatty took my retainer fee and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Wouldn't return my calls, falsified records, lied about time billed. When asked for a contract, statement of billing hours, he wouldn't produce. I've contacted The Texas State Bar and have started the grievance process to have him disbarred. A total CROOK. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!
