As a result of me filing suit, he didn't pay child support for several months. That put me in a precarious financial position and I was almost evicted. Wade directly intervened with my landlord, explained the situation, and worked out a resolution. The end result of the litigation was beyond my expectations. Not only did Wade get my son the needed neuropsychological exam and obtained an increase in child support, he got my son's father to pay 100% of private school tuition and at a school better suited for my son.

Wade immediately filed a Suit Affecting Parent Child Relationship lawsuit in Austin, had the Houston Attorney General's case dismissed and obtained an Order naming me as the Possessory Conservator with primary possession.
