Making one single poor decision can cost you a lot!
However this team has the ability to turn a dire situation into a winning outcome!
Especially when a person learns their lesson, and takes what they’ve done to full account.
No one wants to be on the other side of the law, besides that Texas really sticks it to you.
So in reality be sure to have the best advocate you can get as your Defense.
Thank you to David and Jenny at the Stephen T bowling law firm !!!!!
Their pricing is more than fair for the services they provide. I'd choose them time and time again to represent me. At the end of it all, what they had negotiated on my behalf was a miracle. In fact, the court financial clerk was curious to know who my lawyer was, as he hadn't seen such a negotiated plea like mine before. He told me I was smart to hire who I did....
My two cents if you're looking for a legal team, don't look elsewhere. Stick with the Stephen Bowling team.
David has always kept me up to date with any concerns in dealing with my case. I believe I received the best possible outcome with his defense. He has a great relationship with the prosecutors and judges. He has been readily available to speak with me at anytime concerning my case and was able to reschedule court dates when needed.
He and staff are knowledgeable, attentive and will make sure you receive the best representation possible.
Mr. Thomas lead me forward to be able to correct my mistakes, learn from them and earn forgiveness from the judge. I was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel with his professional advise and encouragement. I would highly recommend David Thomas to anyone who thinks their own situation may be doubtful. He makes your future possible.
They all work at such a high level of professionalism to not only help with your case but give you peace of mind. Thanks to all of their hard work I am in a better place In my life and will highly recommend to anyone in any need of legal help.

Thank you Stephen, David, Jenny and everyone else there.
Thanks David,
One satisfied client
If you need a lawyer, this would be the lawyer to call!
Fair! Just! And will fight for you until the end!!
He didn't even really advise me to take the standard DWI/AOD classes offered by Travis County, or an IOP class, which not only would have helped my case, but which ended up being conditions of my probation anyway. He briefly mentioned the MADD panel during one of the two or three conversations I had with him in total, and the AOD class one time in an email. I'm actually the one that set up that last meeting, because I wanted to get more information, not because he was trying to guide me through the process as a good attorney should. I had never even been arrested before, let alone been faced with a court case that required me to hire a lawyer. He absolutely should have impressed upon me the importance of these things, instead of just mentioning them off-hand one time. After talking to other probationers, it has become clear that a good lawyer actually takes an active role in guiding their client, and makes sure they are taking the proper steps to help their case; they continually check in to see that their client is following the attorney's advice.
I ended up taking the offer for 18 months probation, because I had no faith in Stephen's ability to take my case to trial. Probation has been an absolute nightmare. I have wasted thousands of dollars getting put through the private-interest-run racket that is community supervision (another name for probation). Not only has it drained my bank account, probation has completely ruined these last 18 months of my life. It is humiliating, degrading, and dehumanizing.
I was surprise arrested while showing up to one of my monthly meetings, because I accidentally missed a court date. As a result, I missed two exams and some important assignments for school and ended up having to drop out of my engineering program at UT, all because of this disaster. I would have been able to get out of jail that first day if my mother had known to call a bail bondsmen. However, she called Stephen's firm first for advice, and they convinced her to hire them to get me out instead of hiring a bail bondsmen, as I requested. I even told them that I needed to get out as soon as possible because I had an exam the next morning. They knew they wouldn't even be able to talk to the judge about letting me out until the next day, but they still took our money instead of advising her to hire a bail bondsmen, which would have been the ethical thing to do given the circumstances.
Stephen has begun to harass me for leaving negative, but completely honest reviews on the internet. I've his associate that I won't change my reviews and asked to be left alone, but he continues to text me to tell me that I am wrong and would be far worse off were it not for him. I am more than willing to add screenshots of his texts to this review if anyone wants.
In conclusion, I just want to say this: do not hire this man, unless your case is already a slam dunk for any attorney. Do your research and hire someone that will actually take an active interest and put in the work to help your case.
