The moment I first called Sam's office, I was shocked when I first stated "May I please speak to Sam" and in response the person on the other side of the line responded "Speaking". From that moment on I realized that my case wasn't going to be pushed off to some assistant or paralegal and felt like if I ever was uncomfortable or if I had any questions that I could get a hold of the expert/professional who was directly handling my of my legal issues.

Recently, my partner and I decided to open a real estate business. After searching on Yelp, I came across Samuel. Although it appeared he was mostly divorcing people, I decided to give him a call because of what his other clients had said about him on here. I’m glad I did!

It turns out Samuel has experience forming and operating limited liability companies. After he explained the benefits of each type of entity and answering all of my questions, my partner and I decided to hire Samuel.

In no time, I began to receive emails from him requesting the necessary information to form our LLC. Once we sent him the requested information, we had an LLC the very next day! Although we thought that is all we needed, Samuel took the time to discuss with us how to operate the LLC.
