Mrs. Rueda is awesome at whet she does. I'm from Waco and the case was out of Travis County. I went in for the consult with her and we talked for about an hour. I told her that I was not going to accept or plea out to any deal, and she replied with "why should you, you haven't done anything". From that point on I knew that I was in good hands! I kept in contact with her every few weeks, and about 2 months later I received text from Mrs. Rueda stating that my case had been dropped. I highly recommend her services!!!

I was arrested for DWI on a Class B in Austin but the charge was later upgraded to Class A as my blood came back at 0.175%. I did my research and hired Florencia Rueda as she had stellar reviews across multiple sites. I then met up with her in person and within a day hired her to represent me in this case. She was a straight shooter and did not sugarcoat anything. Did not make any promises to make me feel better. When my charge was upgraded to a Class A, the first deal she got me was to get the Class A down to Class B with a DWI conviction. The only thing that was left was the video of my arrest. The video finally came out and it was "OK" meaning did not impact my case positively or negatively.

I was mentally preparing myself to take the Class B DWI conviction and then came the miracle at least it was a miracle for me.

Ms. Rueda was able to use her charisma and got me a new deal which seemed next to impossible.

I was able to walk away with an Obstruction of Passageway conviction and just a $200 fine. No Jail Time, No Community Service, No Probation. I was also offered "Deferred Adjudication" on the obstruction charge with a 12 month probation. This would have obviously kept the conviction away as well but i did not want to take a risk of being on a probation and messing up my case further.

I was able to keep my license and did not even had to get a SR22 insurance.

Florencia is an amazing lawyer and one of the best in the Austin region. If you need help, retain her without a doubt as she will do her best to get you out of a "hopeless" situation.

I had three cases one in Williamson county for dui and the other two in Travis county for violating my probation for the dui and A traffic ticket that he got dismissed.My lawyer ( Duke Hildreth) who also works with Rueda took care of both cases for me and did a superb job in handling both cases.
