Filing for a business bankruptcy is scary and complicated. However, Partin Whitaker & his assistance Irene made the process painless. They were able to get me in immediately, and then walked me through every step of the process. I used Bogin Munns and Munns for my motor vehicle accident case. My overall experience was great. John W. and Vivian F. handled my case. They were great to work with and honest about everything involving my case. My only complaint would be the lack of communication about my case status. I’ve never had to deal with a lawyer, so I’m not sure how much they should communicate with their clients. Other than that minor flaw, I would definitely recommend this law firm. They are very professional and they put a lot of time into getting you the results you deserve. I will definitely return if I have any more legal problems. I really thought by hiring this law firm that I would get results needless to say what a waste of time and money. Paid them $ 250.00 for a consultation then they asked me for a $1500.00 retainer all they did send a letter and once they made sure the whole retainer was spend on reading emails all communications stopped, they will not even return phone calls or answer emails. Don`t waste your money like I did find a lawyer who will get results now I have to start the whole process all over again with a another firm.

I been using this law firm for a while I hadnt had issues previously and my attorney is great but the last two times I called the girl I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional! She asked a question and I didnt hear her so I said i didnt know she was very agrresive and belittled me!!!! saying how I did know how to spell my last name! Then she hung up on me! When I called back she practically screamed at me that I asked to speak with them but now dont want too?? I don't remember her name she said it so fast and rude it was like yanellisse? She said she was in call center and She was very unprofessional and should not be on phone if she doesnt care about clients!

2 years ago, I was involved in an automobile accident (rear end collision). I employed Bogin, Munns, & Munns to represent me because of all the Attorney adds I'd seen, their's was most believable. However, after a brief 2 month uninformed settlement , I'm still paying my own medical expenses. I just expected more because I really believe that this firm is Better than that.
