I'm still going thru surgeries from the accident that apparently we are having to pay for.
I just had Rotator Cuff repair on the 23rd. Loved our Atty and Leighann. So, it looks I'll be paying out of pocket. Florida's no fault laws are crummy .

Janice at this office is the RUDEST person ever!

called to discuss a case nearly two weeks ago I called several times after to get an update regarding whether they would take the case and every time I got passed off saying "we never heard back from the attorney" I never received an answer one way or another but I won't be calling again

I didn't HATE it & although my claim was valid after some days later did they inform me that they weren't taking the case. But I subsequently found a much more suitable fit for my personal needs.

Went to this office on 6/27 and after the receptionist brushed me off after I sat there waiting for her to inform me she did not have anyone available to speak to me there conference room was busy. She said she would pass information on to a Steve Young which still today 7/1 have not heard from him, ok have a nice day I had to ask her if she had my phone number which she then said I was going to ask you that. Remember you just told me someone would contact you have a nice day!
It is sad that this kind of customer service still gets approved in this day and time!!

I would like to say Thank You to Graham Anderson and Sabrina for all the hard work put in to settle my case in a timely manner. After I got into car accident I didn’t know what to do, but they guided me through the entire process even though I got a bit frustrated at the beginning.
