Although a relatively simple probate, there were a few twists and turns that were unfamiliar to me as a Pennsylvania resident and he and Jackie guided me expertly through the experience every step of the way. Visited Attorney Bauer's office several times for a Land Trust and Will, and was told they would be prepared. Left multiple messages for him and his assistant. My calls were not returned and no documents were prepared. Very negative experience.

Would not recommend this firm. My sister and I hired Mr. Bauer after our Dad passed away. During the whole process I felt ignored and uninformed. Jaclyn kept my sister updated but totally ignored me. Jaclyn was Very unprofessional and this was one of the worst experiences of my life!!
