They dropped my case because they didnt think I could win for disability. They didnt even tell me they dropped me. I had to call In to check on the status of my case, kept getting passed around for months to different people then they dropped me without any knowledge then said it was my fault because I didnt fill out a paper they needed. Not true. Have all the paperwork and everything I needed and proof I sent it in when they asked. Go somewhere else if u dont want ur time wasted. Had to find another lawyer in the middle of my case because of these people.

I had such a great experience with Morgan &Morgan. I had a very kind and helpful attorney, Andrew Serano, who was very knowledgeable and tactful at handling my workman's compensation case. My case was not an easy one, but somehow Mr. Serano made it seem very simple. I was kept well informed every step of the way and never had any doubt that I was being taken care of. Last January I was hit by a Dodge Ram Pick-up while walking across a pedestrian cross walk, slammed to the ground, I suffered neck injuries along with multiple deep bruising,cuts, and road rash. Despite receiving head injuries in a slip and fall Tyler Kobylinski was unwilling to accept my case saying he wouldn't want to have to go to trial and his attorney office was too large for such cases. My impression they aren't for the people but for the easy money.

The way my elderly mother was treated, is enough to avoid this place at all cost.

We were in an accident in November 2018 and I suffered neck and back pain/injury, with permanent headache and disc damage. While missing work and going to therapy I thought choosing Morgan and Morgan to fight for my case would be a great choice! I finished my therapy and was released from my orthopedic doctors office May 2019, and I sent all this information to the office. I was very good communicating this to all of them whenever there was an update- plus we all know the doctors want to get paid and we don’t want to get the bills! I had to go through injections for my pain as well, and am still on a daily medication to manage my headache. All of this aside... With the same attorney, they have gone through THREE assistants in one year! So every time it gets turned over to a new assistant it seems like I get forgotten about until I call or email the office to make an inquiry... the second assistant told me my package was going out in July 2019 and the case could be settled within 6 months or sooner, so when I sent her an email in January 2020, to my surprise she’s no longer on the case and apparently never even sent the demand package in July like she had said??? She told me instead that it was taking “a while to get records from the doctors”. I understand that it can take a bit to get records but why would she have told me that she was sending the demand package if she hadn’t? It seems like she was more concerned about her new position and moving up in the firm. And now I have a third new person in one year and it seems like we are back to square one... not to mention we are a military family and no longer stationed in Florida and who knows when we will move again. Will this case never be settled? It feels like we have no end in sight... I just want my doctors to get paid and to have some justice.. I am definitely feeling like we chose the wrong firm :( not to mention we had two kids in the car luckily they are fine but one was an infant and one a toddler and we had to pay for car seats for them out of our own pocket too. Ridiculous Morgan and Morgan is just a name now

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the long long process it is taking for my wife's case for disability and that the paperwork she has to do is the same all the time and no end in site. It has been nearly 3 years and my wife can't work which is dragging on.
I am not saying anything mean because nothing bad from her lawyer and these things take time.
Yes I would recommend Morgan and Morgan because remember he has lots of offices and he doesn't know your case.

Absolutely exceed any expectations I had. Very nice and updates in timely manner. They got my case done and over with faster than expected.

We went with Morgan and Morgan based upon their reviews online. This was nothing but a waste of time and disappointment for my husbands disability case. I feel like they did not fight for his disability or truly get to know the full understanding of his non curable condition. After going to court , we recently received an unfavorable letter from the judge that his case was denied, and now Morgan and Morgan told us to find another Lawyer to represent my husband if he wants to appeal the denial. I wish they took more time to meet their clients to fully understand them and not meet them for the first time the day of court. I would not recommend them for disability cases.

I was refereed to this firm from another firm: I called for a free consultation, I was told to tell my story, thinking that I would get feed back. I was not given any feed back but I was told that I would get a call from someone. I did not receive a call but an email stating they can not help me. I asked why I was not given a consultation and I was told that the consultation is not for feedback but for information intake and review and IF they want to take your case on they will reply if not they won't give you any feed back PRIOR to making a case.

I needed a Law firm that was handling the case of the Ranitidine (Zantac) pharmaceutical lawsuit here in Orlando, Florida since, I reside in Orlando. I sent them the initial information required last night and this morning I was contacted by someone from their office. After going over with the representative of the firm that, I was a Prostate cancer survivor who was prescribed Ranitine (Zantac) for treatment of gastrointestinal issues which I mentioned to the law firm representative, she put me on hold, came back on the phone, and told me that I don't qualify for the lawsuit. I have heard many negative reports in the past about this particular law firm. I gave them a try. This was my first time to contac this law firm and my last. I contacted another firm from out of the state who are handling the case. But Morgan & Morgan should be run out of business and people to stop using them for their law needs. There are better law firms out there who are willing to go forward with your case. Morgan & Morgan is not for the people but, for their own pockets.

Can't get anyone from the office to return my call. Left a message, then phoned only to be transferred to a numbered mailbox (whom ever it belonged to) and received no return call. Called the private number of the attorney representing my fiancee and it rang twice, and hung up. Called the number for the Paducah office once more, and again the runaround to a numbered voicemail.

If I could leave a rating of no stars I would have.

They're not nearly as good as they used to be! So big, I guess they think no one can touch them if they do not keep their end of a contract.
I have a PIP case and can't get them to finish their work for over 8 months. The case was already over a year-and-a-half old when it was turned over to them. I would like to get my doctors paid!
They will not return any of my calls, messages, emails, or texts, nor my other lawyer's certified letters or attempts to contact them either.
It's not really the Morgans now anyhow. They are running a chain of lawyer firms across the states using their name, Morgan and Morgan. I guess they think they're so big they don't need to finish a case unless it's worth enough money? Still waiting!!
