I've had the opportunity to meet with Heath Nailos several times over the past few months. I find Mr. Nailos very knowledgeable and extremely honest. His strong moral principles are the reason i will look to the BNC Law Firm when seeking legal counsel.

The lawyers and their staff were incredible to work through my settlement with. They were attentive and helpful maneuvering me through the processes I would never understand.
I know that in the future if I ever need them, they will be there for me.

I do not know or have experience with any other member of this firm except. Wade Boyette. What I do know is he was called upon to help a man of 87 years old facing being homeless due to his forgetfulness paying his bills, not for the lack of funds to do so. The bank is going to take his home and he has close to 100,000 in equity in his home. Wade was given all the information. He was told that a WRIT of Possession was issued and this was an emergency, He said bankruptcy was the answer. WRONG any seasoned attorney knows that will not work. We called Wade back several times and he did not respond until we sent him an email telling him he should be ashamed of him self and he should be. He used the excuse below which is not true as he was told to contact us, that this 87 year old man do not comprehend well. The caller Idea was checked for the mans phone and he did not call this person back and uses the excuse below in his own words. He did not disclose any of this upfront and he was told this was an emergency. He took the case number down and he was never heard back from,not even after we called back twice.
He was told we were the direct contacts he had to follow up with us all of what he needed would of been provide. I do not trust this person, in my opinion he is a disgrace of to the legal field.

Do not appreciate the comment. Our office reached out the the client. We never received a returned call. I do not represent you. I have to get an engagement signed, conflict check done, a retainer and then a signed authorization from the client before any attorney will speak to us about a persons case. We operate our office ethically and professionally and will do so in all circumstances. We do our best to help all clients and have a proven track record. But being brought in at the twelfth hour to save a home after a writ is issued with not being engaged by the client is an impossible task. They do not offer free consultation as advertised. I wanted to speak with a lawyer about some problems with local law enforcement. I called and waited a week. Then called and waited another week. The third time I called I was given a poorly constructed lie and was not able to be put in contact with a lawyer. They lied to me rather than grant me a consultation. There are other law firms in the area to choose from that at the very least would just tell you they can't help rather than lie.

This firm, and especially Paula Wheeler and Sharon Henderson were AMAZING! I'm not even in state and Paula kept continued communication open and continued until the project was complete. I was referred to BCN by a friend who does live in Florida and thank god I called them. Brilliant, efficient , personable and honest. Would give them 10 star rating if I could. Heath Nailos is a fabulous attorney for injuries, highly recommend!

I suppose if you have a large money claim you might be well served. However, that was not the case in our situation. This office and their paralegal do NOT return phone calls or emails. When we attempted to contact them again we received a phone call from our attorney asking that we not call them again. In other words, DON'T CALL US, WE'LL CALL YOU. When we were told that one of the medical offices that were billing us were unresponsive to their attempts to get a fee reduction, after many weeks, I called the office myself. I was IMMEDIATELY put through and was able to negotiate a reduction. Apparently our case was just not profitable enough to require their attention.. I hope I never have to see an attorney again. If I do, I would NEVER contact this firm.

I have tried to reach out to this office over 6 times trying to get help with a litigation matter in August. Went for consultation was told how much for a demand letter, reached back out a few days later and no return calls or email. Now November I email and called again and was told by an attorney that her paralegal would get back to me to make a scheduled appointment, no contact back to me. Good luck if you want to chase them down.

We have waited an entire year for action on our suit to recover loss of a vehicle destroyed in our driveway. No settlement and now our lawyer has moved on so we are left without representation.

Never would return my call on a foreclosure case. They sent me a flyer and I called three times with a promise they would call back.
