That’s not your attorneys fault, so why give a bad review here for something way beyond Todd or any other staff attorney’s control? They are looking out for your health and best interests. Let’s think about it - they want to get the absolute best settlement for you as possible, because their pay depends on the amount you receive. I am very happy that I never forgot how well I was treated by Todd nearly 20 years ago and how very pleased we are again, having used Todd’s own firm this time.

Wish we could give 10 Stars. When my husband was in an accident Attorney Mark Ahrens and Stephanie were amazing. Their handling of the accident made the whole process so much less stressful. I posted a negative review earlier today based on what I felt was an unfair settlement my daughter received from a two year battle after a car accident. I was in a car accident 04/25/19 I contacted Tod Miner that weekend via email. He told me to do physical therapy and took my case. However, there was a miscommunication with physical therapy and Tod. Physical therapy told me he had dropped my case and couldn't proceed with physical therapy. Tod miner never dropped my case. But then he actually did. This is the worst experience I have ever had. If he would have done his research he would have known that I am in the right but since he doesn't see that which is upsetting because he says on TV he's on peoples side. Well he wasn't on my side! I'm still not sure what to do any more at this point.

She answered all my questions and told me not to worry about anything. She told me to keep going to the hospital and to take care of my health first. She was going to take care of everything else, regarding my insurance and hospital bills, and to my surprise she did. When the case was settled and closed all my hospital debts were taken care of. I felt so blessed to have Christal, Trenton and Todd work my case and take care of everything for me. Thank you so very much. They are a wonderful team!
