I was so thankful to be referred to Mr. Rickman after being pulled over for a wrongful D.U.I. Luckily, Mr. Rickman was very knowledgeable about the law and what needed to be done on my behalf. He listened which most of the attorneys I have dealt with during my professional business life did not. He wasn’t looking at his phone every time it went off, interrupting me to tell his secretary to call the Dry Cleaners, interrupting me while in mid sentence.

Stay away from Justin for family law!!!! He will nickel and dime you and never do a thing. Five months and $5500 and he never once filed a motion on my behalf. To top if off the day before my mediation I had already spent $4000 with him and he told me he didn't even know anything about my case. $600 for him to "review" what he had already charged me to review and no results. He is a CROOK, plain and simple

Worst experience I have ever had regarding an attorney. Paid over 5000.00 for someone to read emails and go to court to get my ex more stuff than actually fight for what I wanted done. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone if I could give a negative score I would. Very shady people and have the nerve to get angry at the client when the attorney doesn't do what he is being paid for and gets called out on it. Stay away from this office.

Waste of time and money unprofessional

I had a terrible experience. I cannot give a negative score. Spent a ton of money for terrible service. I worked closely with the paralegal via email to exchange documents (charged for that) and then was charged for Justin to "review" those emails. Yet nothing was really accomplished on my case and I had to spend time repeating myself to him about my case wasting more money, all of my retainer was gone very quickly. Look elsewhere, he prefers the higher paying accident cases and will not be invested in your family case!

I highly recommend Justin Rickman as an attorney. He and his staff are there for you and listen to your needs respectfully. Justin is very honest and gives very solid advice. I never doubted my choice of hiring him as my attorney. Their service is impeccable!
