The divorce system in Florida is grotesquely out of date and unfair to the man. I was lost in grief and sadness and thought that hiring an expensive firm would increase my odds of getting an attorney that prioritized me. I was wrong. Mediation was an absolute disaster as we meandered down the path of least resistance. (At one point, the mediator was looking for my attorney for clarification on terminology. She was nowhere to be found, outside on her phone). Little to no effort was expended and the few things I was able to salvage were my ideas. I would have been better off representing myself. I was led to believe that giving in to the demands of my ex-wife and her more savvy attorney would save me money in the long run. 2 1/2 years later I had to return to court for an addendum. I hired an attorney that I was referred to. Only now do I see how much of a unnecessary beating I took in the initial process. My current attorney actually cares about her clients and explained, in detail, the colossal misguiding that took place. The details would take far too long to explain in this format. If you need a divorce lawyer, I recommend you keep looking (EK).

I'm typically not one to write reviews when my experience has been negative but this warrants an exception. I hired this firm after working with multiple lawyers thinking that I found the right one that focused on "Men's Rights". At first I felt I made the right decision. Then, during mediation, he was not only late but during the break, instead of discussing my case with me in preparation for the afternoon session, he left and returned with tacos and I literally sat in the conference room watching him eat a taco salad on my watch. Then, when I finally got my day in court, he informed me that he wasn't going to attend and a colleague of his would be there in his place. Mind you, I've never met this 'Rookie' Lawyer until I was on the steps of the courthouse and she had no history about my case. I would have been better off defending myself. Absolutely ridiculous. I fortunately ended up fixing my situation on my own in the court system and all is good in my life but I'd hate for someone else that is in a vulnerable state to have to waste their money and more importantly risk their future with their children at the hands of this firm. Every other day you'll be asked to refill your retainer so be prepared to spend an enormous amount of money and when your hearing takes place I would mandate that the attorney you've been working with is present instead of a stranger.

I would absolutely recommend The Men’s Divorce Law Firm to those in need of legal representation of this kind. They are professional, understanding and communicates extremely well and in a timely manner. They listened to my situation, advised and proceeded in a way that made me feel very protected and confident with the outcome.

Extremely aggressive Billing practices.
I hired These guys to handle my divorce in 2015. After the final court date, and Divorce Judgement, they agreed to take Monthly payments. I finally paid them off in the latter part of 2016. It was agreed they would not charge me interest on the unpaid balance, during the time I was making Monthly Payments. They tried to collect Interest on my balance in 2016, AND into 2017. Repeatedly sending threatening e mails to collect the Interest they previously agreed NOT to collect. Finally Found the original e mail agreement, and sent it to Fuelner for review. He quietly agreed to keep up with his end of the Contract. I felt like I had been handed to an in house Collection agency, with the tenacity of Pit Bull Dogs! I will NEVER do business with his firm ever again. I do NOT RECOMMEND Men's Divorce Law Firm To Anyone, Friends, or Family!!!

Divorce is a difficult and costly process. This firm represented me fairly, effectively,and at reasonable cost. . His staff is excellent, I was treated with respect, they always answered quickly all questions. The firm's fees were fair, no issues with billing.Would recommend without hesitation.

Called up and had every question answered within 20 minutes. They pointed me in the right direction and gave me peace of mind.

Horrible parking

They messed up my case ... in mediation the things I agreed to were not in the agreement . Jeff read over the agreement and said everything was good but later we realize he missed a lot of things ... Jeff has an attitude, and has a domestic abuse case open against him In Orange County which is why all the judges also hate him .. don’t use them ... I paid almost $20k for 1 month and got screwed. My new lawyer is cleaning the mess they left behind .. they don’t care about u or ur kids , they care about $$$$$ only

Attorney Feulner advised me appropriately and kept in constant communication throughout. I would highly endorse Men's Divorce Law Firm.

Lied and lied a day lied. Told me everything I wanted to hear about me not losing my daughter. Billed and billed and billed. Finally got to meet him at mediation after spending over 22k and he proceeded to tell me that the payment arrangement we had of 1k a month was no longer okay and he wanted 8k by Wednesday or he was pulling off my case. I spent over 20k and got nothing to show for it. At all!! He didn't even know my name and wasn't familiar with my case when he showed up at mediation!

Tried to come after me for the 8k he said I owed and I told him since he reneged on our agreement and stopped representing me and totally screwed me over that if they tried to collect I would report to the Florida bar and let them know just what kind of shady practices the partake in at this firm.

You are better off winging it and screwing yourself then letting him get rich off your hard earned money!

I was very disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) that this "men's rights" law firm provided my husband. Essentially, they take advantage of men in their vulnerable state and require minimum balances when little to nothing is actually being accomplished. We were upfront with what we were willing to spend and what we needed accomplished on this case. Attorney Feulner assured us this could be accomplished for that amount at which point he passed my husband off to Attorney Moses. When I say NOTHING has been done, NOTHING. It’s an egregious abuse of "power" when you say you can do something, you get the hopes of your clients up only to provide absolutely nothing except a request for more money. Thousands of dollars have been spent since February and we haven't even had a mediation, a court date, NOTHING. Today, they tried to coerce my husband into signing a consent to withdraw form (which we are well aware is not required by the client to withdraw) and they sent their THIRD attorney to handle that call. A consent to withdraw because the other parties attorney hasn't been responsive and they need MORE money. Laughable. I highly recommend that no one use this law firm. I implore you, do not aide in the continued attack on GOOD father's simply trying to be a part of their children's lives. Money is not the issue here as much as it is the lack of integrity and ethics of people who claim to want to help fathers who have a real and true desire to be a part of their children's lives consistently.

My current wife and I have partnered with Jeff Feulner and his law team at Men’s Divorce Law Firm on two occasions and have appreciated the professionalism and experience they bring to solving complicated family legal issues. Jeff is able to strategize in a non-emotional and collaborative manner to directly address the legalities of the situation rather than the surrounding drama. He said something in our meeting that really stuck with us: we defeat the motion, not the person. This statement helped shift the energy and reduce the stress level throughout the many months of filings, hearings, and waiting for the court’s decision. A great mantra for anyone in a similar situation!

This lawyer does not deserve a rating he is so bad! Check the Florida Bar. He has almost been disbarred and had several complaints filed against him. He does not do anything to help you or guide, but bills you every time you have contact with him. He doesn't prepare for your case, shows up late at mediation, does nothing to protect you and financially and emotionally scars you. A class action suit is currently being prepared against him. You have to do all the work. You have to do all the research. He ropes you in by the name Mens Divorce making you believe that he will do everything he can to ensure you get everything you seek and are protected. When fired, he doesn't even apologize let alone offer a refund because he is too busy throwing high dollar parties.

Attorney Feulner and Mens Divorce Law Firm were incredible. It was a very bad time in my life and they were there for me and did a great job. I highly recommend to anyone to use Mens Divorce Law Firm.
