As another attorney in the area, I have had multiple cases with Dale Bernstein over the course of 25+ years. I have always found him to be professional and receptive to reasonable proposals for settlement of our cases. When trial is required, he has represented his clients' interest well while maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism.

As a fellow Attorney, I have litigated several cases with Mr. Bernstein for the last 30 years. I have always found him to act in a courteous and professional manner both in, and out of the courtroom setting. He is well respected in the legal community.

Don't go here. Took my money then with drew from my case. I never even spoke to this,guy except the initial interview which he charged. Big mistake,for me. Now I'm out my life insurance and have no attorney. Drove,me to distraction even was admitted to the hospital for a month.

Horrible experience. Nickel and dimed my $6000 retainer without getting anything done. When I asked for an actual bill to see where my money had been spent I was presented with an invoice for the $6000 showing zero and another bill for $3000. In his contract retainer he says he has the right to place liens and that was exactly what he did on my car when I balked at the additional $3000. Do your homework before hiring and google for reviews. I wish I had.

He was very up front with me, giving straight answers with no sugar coating. Expensive yes but I guess they all are. I only had the initial consultation so if I can get the $4200 together I'll be back.

Despite difficult circumstances and an uncertainty of which I should turn to in order to help me through my divorce, I was thankfully able to find Mr.Bernstein office. Mackenna who is Mr.Bernstein’s paralegal was very organized and personable. She ensured that all of the calculations were checked and re-checked for accuracy. She didn’t let ANYTHING slip through the cracks. She was always there to help with any questions I had and also manage the many emails that came from the other party in this case. She was a pleasure to work with.

Hands down, Dale is awesome! He is the BEST! I cannot say enough to truly show how grateful I am for him! He is professional yet repeatable. He will work his tail off to ensure you get the best possible results. He is clear with his communication and expectations. He holds you accountable for what needs to be accomplished and prepares you 14 different ways prior to any hearing or trial. He is WELL prepared. There were many curve balls that came up during trial…Mr.Bernstein was prepared to handle all of them. Nobody likes to go through a divorce, its not a pleasant part of life. My money paid for very little here, then when I ran to zero, he sent me a bill for another 3k without any notice that I was needing more funds. I quit and did my own case and won. Never again.

Very expensive

After having 2 other lawyers, I finally found a lawyer who cares about MY best interest by working hard for me and saving me money— not taking my money.

I searched under pro bono attorney's & his name came up. When I had a phone consultation he told me that no-one is going to work for free. I wasn't asking for Mr. Bernstein to work for free, but I did need someone to work with me on payment. He was very arrogant & stated that his hourly rate was $400 an hour. I didn't discuss anything further with him as I didn't feel he was someone that would work for me.

Not a good experience. When I called the office (I had no other attorney option considering the circumstances) to see if they would cover going against the county or against the previous owner of property the girl on the phone said yes he can help you with either, upon arriving at the office which smelled of mildew, nasty fish tank, leaking roof over front door, dusty old fake plants we almost left but after the way mr Bernstein spoke to us, he is just as nasty as his office, just because you say ma'am to someone doesn't mean your polite when mr Bernstein's tone was condescending to say the least.what a waste of 2 hrs and $50.

I hired dale Bernstein about two years ago. I ended up resolving my situation without his help due to slow action if any at all .Now he does not return my calls ,email or any contact of any kind. He does not do what he says, I strongly do not recommend him.

I worked for Mr. Bernstein and was not paid for the hours or days that I worked.
