Attorney David Ellzey helped me better understand my situation when my exhusband wanted to revisit our original divorce agreement. He passed the box of tissues and made it easier to walk out of his office verses how I felt going in. He is kind and caring. The entire staff in this law firm are compassionate, understanding, and dedicated to their clients. Grateful for their help.
~thank you so much

Mr. Brian Cantrell handled my 2nd DUI case. I had better results then the first one. Mr. Buckmaster overseen it from the beginning, all I can say I'm pleased with the results. Highly would recommended! They hooked me up with the best counseling I can benefit from.
Brian treated me like as a friend!
Thanks for him and the whole firm!
In this situation, I had no idea what to expect and he was such a blessing.
They made what could have been a very stressful time (divorce), relatively painless.
Then afterwards, I actually got a small refund, which has NEVER happened to me working with an attorney firm before....it is these subtle glimpses of integrity that let you know you are dealing with good people.
Thanks to Maria and Mr Buckmaster

The first lawyer I went to took my money and then told me to sit tight and wait and see if I was arrested.
After I went to Mr. Buckmaster I fired that lawyer. Mr. Buckmaster immediately contacted the detectives and told them he was representing me, and that I was asserting my right to remain silent. Because of his intervention, the cops never even tried to question me. He was also able to suss out the relative strength of their case. And without going into too much detail, I believe that one key piece of advice he gave me early on was what kept me out of prison.
Every single day his office checked with law enforcement and the State's Attorney for new developments, and every single day they emailed me with the update. Several times I had a question. Each time I emailed them, they got back to me within 20 minutes.
Cops are professionals. Like me, you're probably an amateur. Mr. Buckmaster is a stone cold professional. If you're in trouble, the sooner you hire him the more he can do for you. Every word you say to the police limits your options. You need someone to advocate for you. This is the guy you want.
