Would highly recommend! I am in the military and stationed outside of the state. My ex wife was uncooperative. This whole process was handled faster than other lawyers were able to finish, at a lower price, and I never had to re-enter Florida! If your Florida ex is a human garbage can, start here. The whole team is professional , and took care of everything so I could focus on my life. I’d give them six stars if I could, or a trophy.

Really not recommended! I would've wrote what I really think about Shawn, but he will see this and will know. Do your homework before hiring an attorney. the certificate on the wall , or good reviews here defiantly are NOT to be considered when you are looking for someone to stand up for you, fight for you, and do a good job. It's not good counsel. I guess the hourly is low but you're still not getting what you pay for. My counsel during my mediation told me the mediator and the opposing counsel were friends I bent is hard as I could to get it over with as fast as possible and they just drag it out. $20000 I got f**** over

I spent $500 getting my divorce papers prepared for me. When I got to the courthouse to file, I had to leave because my paperwork was not in the correct order, and there were documents missing. Additionally, I asked for a simplified divorce and that is NOT the paperwork I received. I ended up finding a link on the palm beach website offering all the paperwork FOR FREE. If you have a straight forward, uncontested divorce, do NOT use this company. I embarrassed to have wasted my time, energy, and money on this service that did nothing for me.

These guys are the best. They kept me informed every step of the way. The most important thing for me was my children. They were able to get an agreement that focused on that and insured I got the support I needed.

I have been working with affordable divorce center for over a month and all of my phone calls and emails have been returned in less then 5 mins.One reason i hired them was because when i called on a Monday at 430pm my future attorney Shawn Gearhart actually answered the phone. i thought he was maybe the person who answered the phones in the office but i was shocked to find out he was one of the firms attorneys. He had no clue who i was and i was not even his client. Shawn stayed on the phone and spoke to me about my case for well over 15 mins. He wanted me to speak with Karen to give her more details but she was busy with another client so Shawn stayed on the phone with me for another 20 mins discussing my case. And i didn't even hire him yet. When Karen was free he transferred me and she spent 15 mins on the phone with me. Now its 520pm on a Monday and neither person tried to rush me off the phone bc it was late or after 5pm. That impressed me. How often does an attorney have the time to be on the phone with a non client that just called out of the blue? That's what Shawn and Karen did. I said to Karen i need the night to think it over but knew it felt right. I called back the next day and Karen was on the phone in a min. I said lets do it. This feels right, when can Shawn and i speak? She said he can speak with you tomorrow when is best for you? I gave a time and do you know they called me exactly at that time. And Shawn had remembered the details from our conversation 2 days earlier. I hired them. So far so good no complaints here. And i'm hoping for the best results.

Not only did they win my case in court, but they are working double time to make sure he pays all alimony and legal fees he owes. I'm so glad I found this law firm. I went here to get document prep for my divorce. Since I was able to communicate and negotiated with my now ex, was able to get my divorce within six months. I got the divorce, the home in my name for my daughter, child support and alimony was awarded. Great option for uncontested divorces and they did offer affordable representation, luckily I didn't need it.

They are afraid to speak to the judge they easily get intimidated by other attorneys they promise you all a lot of things and then they run away when things get rough my daughter's ex-husband owning his own business she did not get anything when they got divorced thanks to these attorneys she lost everything they did not know how to work her case I've never seen something like that before so my advice to you is to be careful with these attorneys are a lot of promises and no action.

After working with the Affordable Divorce Center, I can say it was one very satisfying experience. It's difficult enough to be in a situation of having to hire an attorney when going through a divorce and wonder if it's a good match or not. My experience from the very beginning was nothing but exceptional. Everyone is helpful and compassionate. Phone calls and emails are answered quickly and very precise.
