I came here to ask for my brother’s situtation, and hired them to help for his case. They told me I will have an approved letter a month later. After a month and half, I didn’t receive any new information about his case. My whole family were really nervous because as the strangers in America, we don’t know what we can do. Therefore, I called back to them with the hope that they will figure out what is happening. Because what they told me actually did not happen, I think they are supposed to have the responsibility about that.
However, instead of giving the reason for me, the secretary was rude, and told me that if I want them to do it, I need to pay again that money for them, or hiring them for the whole process. I will never hire them again. First, I do not trust them anymore. Secondly, the way they treat client is all about money, not the help or the responsibility. My husband and I applied for my green card at the starting of this year with the help of Mr. Shaz and his team. The team was really well informed and accessible at all the times. Our case was a bit tedious as we are not living together, I am completing my graduate school in Missouri and he is living in Florida. I met Mr.Asghar during an initial office consultation 3 years ago after my previous immigration attorney fell to once again present a convincing case to one of the toughest immigration judge at the time , witch denied my stay and ordered my deportation without regards . After taking my case Mr.Asghar wrote a very compelling brief and successfully filed an appeal and months later I was granted for a new hearing . Once the new hearing date was scheduled Mr. Asghar worked with me on my preparation , which even included the Sunday afternoon just prior to my Monday court date . After almost 20 years going to court and always been denied the right to stay , it become very stressful and self defeating to me but Mr. Asghar never let me give up and pushed me to fight with him at all cost and although difficult , I felt confident because my attorney was very well prepared and he really new all aspects of my case and when the time came he was there to support me in court . On Monday April 8th 2019 I was finally granted the waiver to permanently stay in US and I can't thank enough Mr. Asghar and his wonderful secretary Jenifer for what they did to help me achieve when no one els could .

Initially thought very very highly of Mr. Asghar. However my ignorance was taken advantage of. After speaking with other attorneys, we realized he grossly mishandled my case. One attorney actually advised I do a bar grievance against him. Very very disappointed.

is there a negative star rating? Misleading from day one. The paralegal Jacky Cruz was a nightmare. The arrogance with which she treated me was out of this world.
First I paid for a consultation I asked if it was free. No answer. They just told me to come in. Red flag.
They trick you into signing an agreement with them with the sympathetic attitude and once you are signed she treats you like a monthly payment.
I am beyond livid that I retained this firm because they made easy payment plan to pay their fees.
I truly believe had i not paid my fees in advance, my case would have been handled more diligently. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.
They had enough time to resolve my issue. I offered documentation that was turned down only to request it of me later. Loosing time on my time sensitive case.
Definitely not worth the service. In years of dealing with Immigration attorneys I have never experienced such a thing.

We asked this "lawyer" for support in matter of Immigration questions. He asked us for a retainer of 5000$ before he would start to work. We knew this was a huge amount, but because we
were desperate, we believed it was right and necessary. We just asked Mr. Ashgar to add a sentence into the retainer agreement that he will refund the money in case my husband gets a job in the US through employer sponsorship. He added, that a refund is possible if we obtain a green card through an employer sponsorship. For us this sounded correct and we believed him that with this sentence we are save in case my husband would get a Job in the US.
After we returned to Europe we sent several emails to Mr. Ashgar to
which he almost never responded or just stated that he is busy and
will answer later. So basically he didn't do almost anything for us or
made any progress on the visa. A few weeks ago my husband finally was
offerred a job oppurtunity in the US by another company which was
also willing to take care of the visa application. Consequently we
asked Mr. Ashgar to refund our money back. He stated that it is not
possible since we don't get a "green card" but a "visa" trough an
employer sponsorship. Since we are no lawyers we didn't know that
there is a difference. No one from outside the US can get a green card
through an employer sponsorship in first place, it is always just a
visa! Nice, right?

We were shocked and told him that we need the money back for our sons treatment who is serverly disabled. Because Mr. Ashgar was not open to any kind of negotation,
we asked him to refund at least that part of the money which he never
used, since he did so little work for us. But he only replied with a
list of all the emails we wrote to him, for which he charged us just
for reading them, including those email, in which we reminded him to
respond to our earlier emails, Again he said there is no chance to
give us back any money.
Therfore we can't recommend him.
