Martin lawfirm was fantastic. They have a great team and were so helpful. I was in a car accident and was badly injured. My mother helped me find them because i had no idea what to do. They even offered to come to us because i no longer had a car and I was unable to drive due to the injuries. They took my case and were so helpful. They answered any questions from just checking in on the case to reading fine print and understanding what it ment before filling it out. They would answer back in less than 24 hours mostly. And once my case was finished they went beyond the case and actually reduced my medical bills. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are working for your best interest and not their own. My husband and I almost went through the bankruptcy filing process with Martin Law Firm. The attorney we met with was very arrogant and in our free consultation, we felt we were "wasting his time" and he didn't want to answer any questions w/o being paid. He didn't reply to emails at all and knew we needed wage garnishment stopped ASAP. We decided to check two other law firms, who were both honest with us and told us how to get our wage garnishment stopped and refunded within 8 days (file an exemption) at our FREE consultations. The Martin Law attorney didn't mention this exemption and was going to take our money knowing we wouldn't qualify for bankruptcy. I would never recommend Martin Law Firm. We almost lost $2,000 because of his dishonesty and greediness. Not a fair practice. I would check other Fort Myers law firms and stay away from this one.

Do not use this firm! I went for free consultation that lasted all of Five minutes if that.. I wrote a check out for 500.00 deposit .They did nothing for me. My husband became very ill and I wrote them to return check since they did not do anything but see me for five minutes. No response at all. All they care about is money no matter what the circumstances are!

From t initial vi$it, nothing pre-printed for a standard uncontested divorce, took extra time and could have helped in decision making. Gave a $izable retainer, to not get follow-ups, contact or feedback. Was left several times in a conference room, when he went off to do whatever. Errors continued in documents after several corrections. Giggling in t back office when signing divorce papers, isn't pleasant. Had to contacted them repeatedly to find if my final docs were returned, from t court. Told were in, went in, docs and final bill was not ready, cleavage girl at front desk, didn't know what to do, had to wait for what was overdue AND should have been ready. Zero, absolutely zero, guidance for after divorce, what all else needs to be done, banks, credit cards, wills,.......
