When a driver crossed the median on I 75 and hit me head on and I was airlifted to a local trama center. I was involved in a rear end accident and i couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of my case. They were so awesome and professional. Made everything super easy for me. I only ever had to worry about making it to the doctor and concentrating on getting myself better after the accident. They took care of oretty much everything else. Once my case was finalized I signed the papers and had my check for the settlement. Jenni helped me and kept me informed about my case every step of the way and even stayed almost 2 hours after they closed the day I signed the final paperwork waiting for me to come all the way from Tampa. competent and didn't waste my time.transferred from another lawyer that had set the settlement bar at the threshold where we settled ,which made everything difficult to proceed . i think that a little more review b4 taking this on may have been appropriate , but who knows. altho I don't need the money geico bested my original atty and hamstrung dolman with the original offer to settle. my back was definitely messed up but this was my first lawsuit at 72 and fortunately I can afford treatment on my own.I believe they negotiated the best outcome available w/o a trial I am thankful that honest and forthright law firms such as this exist to battle the denial based insurance companies if need be. I would use them again in a new york minute as honesty and competence seem to as non-existent as common sense these days. their office staff is helpful and fun.
