In my opinion, Gary Massey lied to me and is collecting, in my view unearned funds, he said he would wave on a class action suit that deemed me disabled.He referred me to an Alabama law firm stating his firm was not capable of dealing with such a high profile case. He is taking $5,000 just for referring me to another law firm and having his assistant come to my home to try to get me to sign off on a $7,000 settlement! My Mom and I met with him in June of 2017, our one and only meeting with Mr. Massey (and he knew we were recording the meeting) during which he said if I chose to take the offer on the table or go with the special master that he would wave his fee! Now, in 2020, after receiving the special master's decision, he seems to be suffering with dementia, and says he never said that. Also, when I called his office to speak with them about his invoice and the fact he had said he would wave his fee, the receptionist could not find my file, nor was I in their computer database.

Massey & Associates are THE attorneys to go to for your legal needs! They are truly amazing! Ethan Hargraves was our attorney and he was amazing and and knowledgeable in handling our case. Mary Wilson, our paralegal was also outstanding and experienced in the negotiations in dealing the professionals in regard to our case as well. We certainly made the right choice in choosing Massey&Associates!

I contacted the frim in August to take on my case. I called several times and left messages for Josie(a paralegal) to call me back however my calls were never returned even after I threatened to termination our contract on Friday August 24,2018 still no call so on Monday the 27th I took my letter to the office ending our contact due to lack of communication. Well here we are in November and they haven’t sent a letter to the insurance company letting them no that they’re no longer handling my case so I called and asked them to send a letter to the insurance company and I was told that they was going to do it right away well 2 hours go by and I stop by the office to get a copy of the letter for my own records and they gave me a copy of the letter that I gave them. So now the insurance company want talk to me because they haven’t sent them a letter DON’T WORK WITH THIS LAW FRIM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASE AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR JUST A NUMBER TO THEM

While visiting Tennessee and riding my motorcycle, I was hit by a car that ran a red light. The accident resulted in multiple injuries and extensive medical bills.
Being from out of state, I was referred to Massey & Associates. Mr. Ward and his staff worked diligently on my case and were able to reach a settlement that was impressive. I would highly recommend Massey & Associates if you are in need of representation.

I am disappointed not only in the attorney but also in myself. It is just as important to look /shop around for,a good attorney . You should talk to different LAWYERS and then make your decision, I learned that the hard way. This office treated me unfair, took advantage of me the same as my formal employer did. In the end my settled case was way more money for the attorney than I received, I still don't understand how the LAWYers made more MONEY than I received. What I do know is please be careful in making your decision. ON WHO YOU HIRE.. I EVEN HAD TO PAY A MEDIATOR ON TOP OF PAYING 40% TO THE ATTORNEY' OFFICE . I was in an accident June 2017. A woman hit my car first, so hard she totaled 3 out of 4 vehicles. Massey and Associates was quick to help me get the care I needed. I have to say Brittney was amazing throough the whole peocess. She was consistant in checking in on me and quickly answered all of my questions. Amanda was great during the settlement process. I would reccomend Massey and Associates to anyone who needs a team like them to go to bat for you.

They were retained to work an accident case the called a few days later and said they couldn't do it due to a situation with another law firm. They were aware of the situation with the other law firm the day they took the case. I would not give them a recommendation to anyone.

The building that I use for my electronics repair business was hit by a semi truck. There was extensive damage to the building and the contents. The trucking company was from Canada and this made everything much more complicated. I called but could get no response from the company at all. My friends said "Ya gotta get Gary." Everyone at this firm are very personable and professional. They helped me out a lot on my case. Amanda, the paralegal, was very diligent in keeping track of the many records involved and keeping me informed. Contacted this attorney firm from references from friends. I one year from when I hired them I never got to talk to any attorney or meet them. Had to deal with one of their employees. I sent them several emails and would never get a return response. Was even told that they don’t have time to return emails. The only way to get them to contact me was by inquiring on their web site. I was very unhappy with this firm and will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this firm at all cost. You never see an attorney.

This firm may be perfect for a slam dunk personal injury case or one of those ambulance-chasing cases. Not very good with employee-employer disputes or wrongful termination. As well as disability discrimination suits. They do have a friendly professional staff and also return calls and messages in a timely manner.
