I hired this law firm to handle my work injury case. They worked really hard to get me everything that I deserved and when the corporation sent a low ball settlement offer, the law firm fought and got me more than the company wanted to settle for. I would highly recommend this firm.

Morgan and Morgan is the place to go when it comes to wanting an excellent experience. Martha was able to negotiate and get me a good amount of money. She was always willing to answer any questions I had. They are very good at calling you to update you on your case and not leaving you in the dark. I would recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone.

We had Morgan and Morgan help us in filing for my husband's disability. We received no communication from the Law office other than an explanation of the fees. He called to try to see what was happening and was told he had been transferred to Chelsea G. He left messages for her to get in touch and let him know how things were going, and he never heard anything back. Well today, he got a letter from SSD and SSI,
telling him he didn't qualify for either. Still not a word from the Law office since they started the case in March. We also asked them to help us get 2 years of unpaid overtime and they never even called us back. He has heart issues, Afib, arthritis so bad he has difficulty walking and cancer in his mouth. We are very dissapointed at the gross negligence in communication.

Could have done more. I was rear ended. While I was sitting still and I feel like I should have gotten more! I still have issues and are going back to see doctors but they didn't care they wanted the quick buck.

Bathroom was nasty. Looked like piss or just on stall doors. Definitely not wiped down

I have to get back to them. They're helping me with my house pipes! Highly recommended! I've just been going through a lot of stuff!

My husband (Boo) & I, without a doubt, recommend Morgan & Morgan to everyone we know!! Especially our attorneys Lauren Marley (w/c) & Kelli Lester (PI)!! Boo got injured at work on Feb. 8, 2016 & has been out of work ever since.
Lauren took our w/c comp case, & since the very beginning has done everything in our best interest in mind. Kept us informed, always involved us in any decision & gave great advice!! Got our case settled in March of 2019, with the judge ruling in Boo’s favor on everything except 1 thing.

I hired Morgan & Morgan to handle an accident case after I was rear-ended at full speed on the highway by a distracted driver and suffered an injury to my shoulder that required surgery. Charity took the stress out of the situation and made it an extremely easy process. I turned all of the documentation I had accumulated over to her and she negotiated the highest payout possible from the auto insurance companies (mine and his) and the lowest amount possible to reimburse my health insurance for their costs. Charity stayed in close contact and I felt completely supported through the entire process. The process took much less time than I expected, which reduced a lot of stress.
