It's okay

Easy in and out

11 months into a small personal injury case and nothing. Communication is zero, then after I finally emailed I'm told they've tried to call me several times. Yea, because I don't want this over... preposterous.
Excuses, poor communication, and unsympathetic attitude.
I've never hired an attorney and now I know why they get such a bad wrap.
I'm so frustrated and now to get told I have to wait a WEEK just to get a phone call...really?

I went in as a walk in. I was stressed about my situation. Just so happened Mr. Greg Niblock was available. This man took time to listen to me, reassure me, help me figure out what was best for me and made me feel so safe. There is no doubt our Father set up our meeting and I am grateful. Highly reccommend him!

Ryan Johnson came through for me and was able to get the lein removed from my truck. Way to Ryan and Niblock law firm.

Front desk is rude, I tried to leave a message but they would hang up before I could finish. Upon calling back they picked up and I heard them giggling and I was placed on indefinite hold. Ashlyn and Kelly were the names of the front desk girls. Very unprofessional.

So far, their service is excellent. Cassie Taylor was amazing to talk with and she made me feel so much better about my situation. She has such a friendly attitude. I have no doubt that the rest of my time with this company will be a pleasant experience, even given the circumstances.
