Robert Rock was absolutely amazing! When I first got into my accident I was terrified because the person that hit me had no insurance. I was unsure what to do or even what to say, so I made a call to Gerling Law! That was the best decision I could have ever made in this situation. Right from the beginning Robert was kind, caring and very knowledgeable. He took control of everything and I no longer had to deal with the difficult insurance company. He guided me through the whole process and made it effortless on my part. I would recommend him in any injury situation, you will not be disappointed with your experience!

I have used Gerling twice. Once for an auto accident (Nikki Robinson did a pretty good job on fighting my own insurance for payment since the other driver was uninsured- she is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) and most recently for disability. Unfortunately this last experience was not good and I feel the lawyer has either too many cases or they just simply don’t care if you haven’t been denied multiple times before. They did not want to submit anything to the judge beyond what I had previously submitted to the state, they seemed peeved with me every time I tried to follow up on the case since they do not keep you in the loop at all until a week before the hearing, and I still have not received a single call to follow up after the decision was given two months ago. Just seems like a lack of caring and like they only care about the volume of cases versus the actual outcome. The man was nice enough in person, but it seemed like I was simply another case and not really a person to them. During an already arduous and embarrassing process, it was disheartening to know that I didn’t really have them in my corner.

Neal Anderson was my lawyer, and I would high recommend him to anyone!!! I was lost after my accident and didn’t know what to do but Neal and his team at Gerling Law fought hard for me to get me the settlement I deserved! I appreciate everything they have done!!!

I was referred to Gerling Law and Mr. Robert Rock was assigned to my case. By hiring a professional, I wish a lawyer could have fought for my case. Apparently, Mr. Rock had a very different mindset.

After nearly one year of the rear-hit car accident in which my car got totaled as a non-fault party, Mr. Rock concluded my persistent back-pain as simple muscle strain without consulting any of my doctors or checking my medical records. When a proposal was made to present the case to the court, Mr. Rock strongly opposed it and informed the firm would assert an attorney lien on my case if I wouldn’t accept his settlement.

The final settlement I was forced to take covered the medical bills I paid up front with couple of hundreds more. I should feel lucky not losing money by hiring Mr. Rock to represent my case.

I am a General Contractor and I was severely injured after falling off of a roof in 2012 while working on a Boy Scout Eagle project. Workmans Comp insurance did not want to pay me because I wasn't receiving payment for working on this job. Boy Scout Eagle projects are strictly volunteer. I had to use my Contractors license & insurance and obtain a permit to do this project in Vanderburgh County.
I started working with Robert Rock in 2013 after a referral from a friend. Robert worked on my case diligently over the next few years. After exhausting all local legal action he pursued it further to take it all the way to the US Court of Appeals and eventually to the Supreme Court who upheld the Court of Appeals decision. Finally after five years I was able to receive a settlement allowing me to pay my medical expenses & receive lost wages. Robert was personable & professional during the process and later becoming a friend. Obviously I made a good choice.
