Mr. Smith took on a case for my family that most lawyers would have taken my money and accomplished nothing. His prices were more than fair for the work be performed. I hired Ed to handle a very complicated criminal case. He was very professional he kept in constant contact with me allowed me to contact him any time I needed. Ed came into my life for an unfortunate reason, divorce. My situation was very complicated and I feel that from an outside perspective looked like a complete mess. None the less, Ed stood right beside me through all of this nightmare wearing many hats and sometimes had to serve as my therapist. Although, counseling may not be his field of expertise, he is a great lawyer who always consoled me, reassured me, maintained above average communication with me even if he had no updates he would call just to check on me. Divorce is never easy but it can be manageable if you have someone that knows what they are doing guiding you through it. I highly recommend his services and feel like I have walked out of this not loosing anything, but also gaining a friend.

I couldn't say how thankful I am. He stayed on top of our case and helped us swiftly get all our needed paperwork done and got us our day in our fast and everything went smoothly. My mom had to deal with him. This lawyer was paid the first day. It's been two years. The job is not done. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!! Does anyone have his address, so my mom can take him to small claim court?

Paid him to be my divorce lawyer, he muddles around and beats around the bush for 6 months and then disappears, unable to locate, unable to contact, I want a refund but any channel i've taken to try and get this is a dead end. Any advice that could be afforded to get my $1200+ back from him would be greatly appreciated.. ~ Cheated and Ripped off

Just like the two reviews below I have had the same problems with this lawyer. NO actions on a simple case of mutual agreement. Told me it would tale about a week or two and 3 months later I cannot get in touch or get a return call from the lawyer. I was charge ahead and there has been excuse after excuse for why he has not done the paper. Nearly impossible to get in touch by phone or by email, there will be no answer or return call. The staff is very unprofessional and arrogant. I cannot even get the lawyer to release my case so I can go to someone else. If you ask me, I would never go to this Layer. You will waste your time and money.

This man has more excuses to cover up what looks more and more like a scam. He doesn't fight for the client, he lets his paralegals practice law over the phone with their own opinions on what to do. I've waited for close to two years and he's done nothing. He took the last of my reserves and has done little to show for it. I can't afford another attorney and if I lose everything I will be forced to sue him and spend more time fighting.

I would not recomend this attorney to any one it was a big mistake hiring him it took him for ever to get my case done some thing that it could of been done in months took him 2 years with me been on his but all the time to get it going. i would of just gotten another atturney but i had paid him to much money. his not just slow but also very expensive. so think twice if you want to hire him.
