Greetings! Just wanted to share my experience with Morgan & Morgan for anyone who needs personal injury legal assistance. I was injured severely at work in a fork lift accident. I have never been hurt like this my whole life, and I’ve never hurt myself at work. I didn’t know the policy and procedures in regards to work injury, so I took the advice of co workers to just go to the hospital since it was the end of my shift. I was in so much pain that I had my wife drive her car inside the warehouse to get me. In fear of losing my job, I told the dr that the injury happened elsewhere. I couldn’t afford to lose my job, so I was willing to attempt to work through any pain that I was experiencing. That was the worst mistake of my life! I was told that I had a torn acl and mcl, ankle, and back injuries. Once I realized how severe the injury was, I called Morgan and Morgan. At first, I figured that since I didn’t tell the er dr what really happened to me initially, that I had absolutely no chance to retrieve any help at all. I was wrong! Att. Jared Martin took my case, assured me that this was not my fault, and promised me that he would fight for me. Mr. Martin did just that! In a few months, Mr. Martin turned what I thought was a blown case, into a nice settlement. Thanks for everything Mr. Martin! Highly recommended!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Called Morgan & Morgan on Dec 18th did an intake on my sisters car accident. We are in a state that doesn’t have an office, so they have to do a referral to another lawyer in our state. Was told it would be 2-3 days before someone would contact us. Three business days went by & nothing from them. She called & now they told her oh it’s 7 business days. Nothing from them. We called Aagain, finally we are told well if you haven’t anything, they aren’t going to help you!! Was never told that before this call Wow, we wasted 15 days waiting for someone to call us w guys hen we could have been looking for another lawyer. My sister has been in major pain since accident, her boss replaced her with a younger person which is discrimination the first week since accident, because this poor gal was still in a lot of pain! ( nice boss-NOT!!!), she had no car because hers was totaled by a 2 different distracted drivers going 70 miles per hour hitting her in the back while she was at a dead stop. Totaling her car. She & her two kids were lucky to make it out of it. This girl has no income now, cant pay her bills, buy groceries or anything!! We guessed the accident wasn’t important enough for a lawyer to help her. We were given so many different answers on things it was pathetic. They need to get on the same page with each other. We heard so many good things about them. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CALL THEM. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! NOT A BIG ENOUGH CASE FOR THEIR POCKETS WE GUESS!!!

Used them 3 times. 2 went well. The third was a disaster. Run. It was literally a horror story and to boot, I hired then almost 3 years never got an actual visit and without my knowledge I was removed as a plaintiff. Highly unethical and dubious on legality.

In the year 2018 i filed a workers compensation lawsuit for my torn rotator cup. After surgery and 6 months of physical therapy, i recieved a $3,000 settlement and i walked away with $2,500. The attorneys said that was the best they could do. I was very disappointed in the law firm. I see them on tv everyday and i get disappointed every time i watch the commercials. You do not walk the walk that you talk.

After being on the phone for over a hour I was told they don’t feel like this would be a case they would want to take . But I could look in the yellow pages and find someone else . I know my case may not end up as a multi million dollar case . But I needed help and I also have a worker comp clm that I have not hired anyone to handle yet , which that should be pretty significant.
