I e-mailed this law firm about discharging a large private student loan in bankruptcy that I was defrauded with. The person that e-mailed me back was very rude and told me flatly I couldn’t discharge even a private student loan in bankruptcy. I have since spoken with another lawyer outside of Arkansas that is trying to see what they might be able to do to help me. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone based on the rudeness of the individual I dealt with.
