Wirth. Drop the I and add an O and what do you get with less at the end!

After searching the web for a quick phone consult, I found that Wirth Law Office was very quick at responding to my request. I believe it took maybe 5 minutes or 10 minutes at the most to call me. I was also able to ask questions regarding a case not specifically for me but for my family and was given advice as to what direction I should go to get my problem resolved legally. James Wirth was very knowledgeable about cases like ours. After informing him more about the case and that we felt the current attorney was not helping any, he informed me that he would be able to do more help for us that is needed. I would definitely recommend this attorney to anyone looking for help with cases such as criminal or misdemeanors.

I called Mr. Wirth about an incident that happened to me in Woodward county. He was very quick to answer all my questions, he was very prompt in looking into my case and very sympathetic . If I ever need legal advice again I would not hesitate to call on him, his staff was also very efficient and polite and helpful.

This law firm is was the worse I've ever seen. They don't do nothing in court but wait and respond against the other lawyers and don't take charge. They don't do no research for you, we had to do our own research and then they charge you to get it and look at it, make copies, of even talk to you. The only time you can talk to them with out being charged is in the court room.
They switch attorney's in the middle of my case with out telling me and he didn't even know what was going on.
They keep going up on free when I was get down to one last payment. They always filled a motion to drop my case b4 court, even when I was down to just 400.00.
They will drain you and don't care about you and your family all they care about is they money. They don't speak about you and your family or ask any questions an you or your family. They just come to court laugh with all the other lawyers, and what ever the other attorney say agree, pad or what ever they doing for the day. It's been a year and. I'm still on the same thing from day one. I had to get a new lawyer and they said I was crazy for using them. I spoke with 9 different attorneys and they all made me feel really crazy for even going to them less known stating that long paying that much money. Save your se melf money time and most of y'all your family and don't use them. And I'm a Godly woman I'm just stating facts and telling my truth. The Attorney that was helping me was Justin W. Mosteller.(Garbage!!!)

I have to warn all parents who may decide to use the Wirth Law Firm. BE WARNED that you will lose your children and more if you trust them. They bow to the apposing council and do NOTHING for you! I had Charles from the Wirth Law Firm and I watched him shoot the breeze and laugh with the apposing council at every hearing. He allowed the apposing council to say and do whatever he wanted, he agreed to the apposing councils every demand, he told me to bribe my ex, he is just an all around insult and he will cost you everything. Don't trust them if you love your children. Thank God I found a true attorney! Also if you don't wish to take my word for it, just call other attorneys and ask them about the Wirth Law Firm. I counted 12 attorneys who ALL had nothing good to say about the Wirth Law Firm!

Hired this firm to help settle a case and get an expungement. They were quick to call me back when it came to payment but once they get the money they give you the run around. It’s been almost 6 months and still nothing has been done. You have to call and call just to talk to someone... and you can forget about a returned call when you leave a message. Wish I could get a refund and go with a law firm that will actually do their job. Very very frustrating. I wouldn’t hire them if I could do it all over again.

Justin M. was great he turned the case around from terminating my rights to kids in my custody. This state has an issue with Fathers having custody. DHS are not on your side get a lawyer and stay protected when dealing with them especially if you are a POC. Start here.

My case was a workmans comp case. My attorney wouldn't hardly return my phone calls and when he did he didnt seem to interested on my case. Out the blue I was assigned a different attorney that I was not informed of. Tried to settle my case for a year but the original attorney wasnt in no hurry. Second attorney started getting the ball going but by then I was screwed on my settlement amount. If my first attorney would have got off his butt and done his job I would have came out better on my settlement. Still upset over the matter and amount.

Wirth Law Office screwed me out of my back child support that is due to me! The court ordered $500 a month and I'm only getting $75 for my children...they get the rest! During our unending hearings for my divorce never once did they show up knowing what the hell they were doing or stand up for me or my children! I would never hire them!

I had some serious issues regarding my case and was extremely frustrated, however the paralegal Kristie H was Extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. She did not treat or talk to me like a client but as a Human being unlike others. Worst law office ever, they charge u when you are calling about your case every time u call is a fee! Only thing they care about is money I get emails everyday about a payment when they didn't even help me with my case find someone else to USE. THEIR MONEY HUNGRY!

I am so grateful I had Bryce Evans and Wirth law office to support me through my divorce. He helped to protect both of my children and me during the case. The staff was kind and patient to worth with, in many different scenarios. Mr. Evans was forced to do the work of two lawyers, due to the incredible inefficiency of opposing counsel, but never complained and was always capable. I'm only giving to give this law firm one star because I have to. This is the worst law firm probably in Tulsa! I called and talked to one of the paralegals for advice and at the time I felt she had given me great advice until I did and then it back fired on me. They promised me that if I moved out of state they would try their best to handle my divorce in the best way as long I made it to court for every court date. I drove 14 hours every two weeks back and forth from GA to OK and back to GA. I had to pay them $800 just to start my case and they agreed to work with my payments being the situation I was in. Now granted they did work with my payments my lawyer agreed to everything my spouses lawyer threw at us...not only did he agree but he also talked bad about me to my spouses lawyer and my spouse was able to come back and repeat it all. My lawyer charged me for paperwork being written and filed and the paperwork was never singed by my spouse....at first I thought my spouse was lying about not getting the paperwork until my lawyer wrote up child support papers and a month after I signed my spouse claimed he had never seen them and had no idea what I was talking about. So I assume my lawyer wrote up the paper work and had me sign it just to shut me up and feel like the process was moving forward. Its been two months and I still have no child support and my spouse still claims that he has no knowledge of the papers. Then my lawyer filed a motion against me and never told me about it he continued to let me email him and call the office knowing that he filed against me. The worst part about it all was that my spouse showed me the paperwork and I had never heard about it my lawyer never talked to me about it. The date on the paperwork showed that when I was emailing him and he had promised to do paperwork for me he had already knew he was filing because I spoke with him days after he filed. He also promised to have paperwork done for me after he filed the motion BUT AGAIN never discussed it with me. My spouse was able to bring me the paperwork showing the motion my lawyer had filed against me and my spouse got the paperwork from his lawyer. I WOULDNT WASTE MY MONEY HERE. Also found out from my husband that this wirth law firm is known as the worthless law firm and I'm still in the process of going through my divorce

Honesty

In the middle of my court case the attorney that was handling my case was removed and then the new attorney that came to represent me had no back bone to stand up for me, and also had no idea what was going on in my case. Look for other options.

I had Peter Knowles and he was awesome. When my son was taken from a caregiver by DHS he told me what I needed to do before I knew for sure if I could get the retainer fee.. He was very good communicating everything and got my son home in record timing.. I plan on using Wirth with any future things that may arise.

Me and my daughters were in a really bad wreck and I contacted this law office for representation.... I found an EXCELLENT Paralegal who answered my questions when I had them, calls when I called him... But NEVER could I get in touch with the ATTORNEY I was appointed... So when the paralegal informed me that he was moving... I insisted that he take my case with him. So HONESTLY I can't say good nor bad for this company. I just found that the Paralegal was working more for me and knew my case better than the Lawyer and I didn't want a new Para to have to learn it... So, all I can say is I was pleased with their old paralegal. Lol.

If you pay them make sure you pay with a credit card don't expect them to help you, they will probably not help you in any way shape or form and usually pretend you do not exist. No service = No Payment with credit card.

I tried my best to do business with this law group. After contacting them through every means multiple e-mail messages, phone calls, facebook messages. I had given up. I got plenty of promises from the secretary, but never calls back. Trust me I called some days like 3-4 times a day, if you want a full-time job trying to get in touch with your lawyer hire them!

I really think they were trying to take my money and not do the job. Its been a month now and still no phone to phone contact other than the initial phone meeting after accepting my money.

I was messaging multiple of their lawyers and hearing back from none of them, kinda disappointing they will call you back before you pay from them but after you open your wallet...........SILENCE!

I guess I will have to do the job myself. Oh joy. Last time I checked you paid people for products and services not for hopes and dreams that they will do the work but never do. Maybe I will find a honest lawyer group we will see.

Update: They wrote me and told me to surrender myself and have decided to take the opposite side of my case. Yes if you want to pay money to have the DA work your case go right ahead. Every single agreement THEY wrote they have broken. Go F yourself Chuck Parrish. I see he made 0 phone calls and I get a letter saying he tried to make every attempt to call me how about NEVER you attempted to call me!
