They are devious and corrupt. They told me they didn’t get my check So I sent a second one and marked it. I told them if the first one showed up not to cash the second one. They cashed both on the same day and then didn’t represent me. I’ve been fighting for how many months to get my $7600 back. It is against the law to do this. Hard to believe they are so desperate for money

My case had many complexities and went to the Supreme Court several times. It lasted years!!! I believe my opposition went through three firms during this time as I quit counting the appeals. During this time Hap and Jim stood by me throughout to whole ordeal. We stayed the course and prevailed over many obstacles even with the judges in Creek county. If you want to have strong representation in the court room these two are formidable and hard to beat!!

The experience I had with one of the leading lawyers for this firm was extremely questionable. You may or may not recieve a call back especially during times like coming to an agreement. I was late to an agreement meeting which was known about by the law firm for almost a week. Never got a call to tell me what day or when.. He had absolutely no concern for the right of my well being, personal property or being on the clients side. He was loud and overly rude with questions and apparently thinks women hold little to no value. Basically I paid top dollar in full for a lawyer to disagree with every word I said, disregard the facts, assume I knew about a meeting time/date in which I was never told about, nothing including important paper work was sent or done on time and he treated me as if I was beneath him because I was a woman. I couldn't be more disappointed with this lawyer/law firm and the way this lawyer handled my situation... or didn't handle the situation. The agreement he drew up was violated after day 3. I never wanted an agreement with a man who has personally verbally assaulted me which turned into full blown harassment. But here I am with a worthless agreement that changes absolutely nothing except the fact that my lawyer has my hard earned money in his bank.

This firm is amazing! Everyone there is very kind and humble. Lorena along with her team were the ones to help our case and they have done an excellent job from the beginning to the end. They communicate well, they are specific when explaining something and considerate when we worried some. When ever we had questions she was always willing to answer them without a hassle. As clients we were also very respectful to her and understanding of her time and dedication to her job. We put our trust in her and she cherished that. This firm and Lorena really do help people out of the kindness of their heart. It’s not about the money, though of course they have to charge to put food in their own families plate everyday too. But they will fight until the end to make sure their client is taken care of. Lorena doesn’t not sugar coat things, and she is a very honest attorney. I made my financial situation well aware before coming into the office. The attorney in question told me it would be $350 to be seen. It took me a while to save it up and i was hoping that I could really get help from this lawyer bc they were highly recommended by a former client. The lawyer in question didn't seem to listen to me at all but rather rushed through the consultation not really hearing my concerns. After all was said and done I was told I would have to have the rest of the retainer before they would file. I understand how law firms work but I wish I would have been told this before I handed over the $350. Or they could have said they couldn't help me when i told them my situation. I feel robbed. Now I have to start back at square one with very little time or means. I'm sure this office is great at what they do. But a little disappointed with how I was treated
