The experience that I had at this law firm was not a bad experience. They were tentative to my needs and they helped me with the issues that needed to be addressed. Not even worth 1 star. Wagner was my court appointed attorney in a guardianship case, for over a month had 4 court visits and he didn't show up to any of them, and the 1 time he showed up, was there less than 20 mins came out to talk with us didn't take us out it the court room, away from the other parties, to tell us our new court date, told us but didn't tell us a time, nor did he do anything for more visitation. Never returned any calls, or let us know anything about our case what his plans were. Was very unprofessional, used foul language, and lied bout not being in the office when he was there, I happened to stop by. I am one determined person, n he didn't step up n show us that he was willing to fight for our case. You best believe I will be putting in a complaint with the Bar Association!

Blake has always been there to help me and answer any questions I have in a timely manner no matter how ridiculous those questions may seem. Highly recommend him to anyone!

I would highly recommend Blake Lynch if you are involved in a child custody case. Last December my son was awarded emergency custody of his 15 month old son. Blake was very quick in getting this accomplished! On October 16th my son was awarded full custody. Over the past year, Blake made his self available anytime and was very quick to respond back when we left messages.

He is very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and will get the job done for his client.

The staff was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.

I had five felony charges in Pitsburg County including and escape,and never serving my 7 year sentence for convictions 19 years ago,and one felony charge I'm atoka county. Last week he got all charges dropped in Pitsburg without me even having to be there,and today after 5 minutes in court in Atoka,got the charge there dismissed. Top of the line attorney and friendly staff. Well worth it.

I highly recommend Mr. Blake Lynch he done an amazing job with my husbands case. The lawyer we had before tried getting my husband to plead guilty to something he didn’t do and had us traveling back and forth and charged us an arm and leg when he didn’t get anything done he never took any phone calls from us we seen him 3 times and only spoke for 5 mins each time and enough was enough so we called Blake and that same day meet him at his office and within 1 week he got my husbands charges dropped and charged and a lot less than the other lawyer and when Blake couldn’t return a call his assistants made sure to take care very good care of us. I recently contacted Blake Lynch about some legal work I needed done. I live in TX and needed someone in OK. Blake immediately contacted me back and started gathering information from me to see what needed to be done. He has talked to me on the phone and explained the process needed to get my work done. He is obviously very professional, thorough and ethical. I would not hesitate to have him do my work when I am ready to have it done.

Apparently they don't know what timelines is all about. I called an set up an appointment, and when I showed up, I was told the attorney had to unexpectedly go to court because his partner was ill.
No big deal, it happens. They could have given me a call...I drove 30 minutes to get there.
This was 4 weeks ago.. since that time I have left messages with the secretary every week requesting an appointment. She says someone will be conacting be...3 unretuned messages an one cancelled appointment ..says enough.
I contacted Konsure and they got me in, and were very professional. He gladly took my 10K retainer for this case...

Blake and Jared handled my case recently, and saved my life from a complete possible melt down. What was in some people's eye's was just a simple protection order was so much more to me and them! after extention and extention they finally got everything over with and everything was dropped. This might not seem like much but is what people don't understand is all the off hours and behind the scenes work they did, heck even Mr. Wagner called me and reinforced positive thoughts, I wasn't even his client.
