I ended up giving Fliesheker $5,000 and still lost full custody of my kids even though I did absolutely nothing wrong. He barely had time to talk because he was always in and out of the office. I do not recommend him.

Mr. Fleischaker is a very kind, honest man. He is very knowledgeable about the law, gives the facts, great honest advice without the sugar coating.

As usual with this type of attorney he wanted his money up front, wrote 1 letter that was so poorly done, a trained a pig or house cat would have done better. From then on it was about avoiding the client. But now I will cover this amoral sneaky snake's basic charactor traits
Bill Fleischaker is a liar and a thief yes he's one of those attorneys. I remember now at our initial meeting when he talk of great hatred for Donald Trump and hoping Hillary would win now I understand he and Hillary have something in common that both Progressive socialist Liars. Oh and his secretary perfect job for her because I don't think she can afford to be honest about anything. You know the usual oh yes she's in the office let me go get him oh no he left the office sad but she's probably reached the pinnacle of her accomplishments as a liar not too much call for those types. And all the other character traits you would expect to see from a liar are there venal, grasping, vacuous, and superior to the rest. But I found mostly these people to be C- to D+ students. And when I think the people like this believe they have the right to steal money and as if it's their just due because they're better than you( that's the ubiquitous you remember what the pigs told the other form animals as they moved out of the barn and into the farmer's house "some of us are more equal than others", causes me throw up in my mouth just a little bit. Oh but I do loathe the liar. So if you think it's a good idea to give your money to Progressive socialist liar do so but it's funny how these types are usually the ones that are thieves as Hillary was and is as is Mr. Fleischaker

On the morning of 10/17/17, I spoke with Victoria. I gave her my contact information and was informed I would receive a call back later that day. After not receiving a call, I called 30 minutes prior to closing to set up a consultation. She asked for my information again, as if she had not really taken the information down that morning. She ensured me that Bill would give me a call on 10/20. I received no call. I called the office the late afternoon of 10/20 and reached Victoria again- she hung up the phone immediately as I stated my name. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Bill Fleischaker is great, he is the best attorney in southwestern mlssouri, his office is in Joplin Missouri.
