2nd part. Car accident 12/05/17. Contacted this law firm on 12/11/17. FINALLY, I received the so called "compensation settlement " in the middle of June /2018.No even 5k. The compensation went to pay Attorney's fees, Therapy, Orthopedist, MRI and Medical consultants. And, BEWARE! I was very stressed out with all the situation. Living in a shelter for homeless people. All I wanted was to get the money and try to get my live back together. So, when Carla Martinez's assistant, Annelise, told me:Alicia, firma aqui como que recibiste el cheque de la compensacion " (sign here as an acknowledge that you received the compensation) I signed. It wasn't a receipt, I WAS A RELEASED STATING THAT I WILL NOT HELD THE OTHER, AT FAULT, DRIVER INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT, LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY ETC, ETC, resulted from the acci. Had I know that was what that paper said, I would had not signed it. My own attorney betrayed me. How much? ??

Insurance claims take time so be patient. If the job gets done correctly it’s better to wait. The Environment is nice in the office and the staff is very friendly. Melanie and Taylor were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Worst service ever, very unprofessional, very slow and rude. I have been waiting for over 2 years for insurance claim, it still can't get settled yet. They don't keep me inform of anything. They don't answer their calls and they don't return calls back. I don't think anyone should get paid to give the kind of service that I received unfortunately they are lawyers and they will get their share anyway. I will go all the way to BBB to complain about their garbage service.
I will not recommend them to anyone, they have better law firm out there.
