I was in an accident in February 2019 that wasn't my fault. I had Jonathon blevins as my attorney. He was very efficent. Always quick on responses to me and generally always answered my calls even if he was busy. He kept me in the loop and put the pressure on where it was needed. I changed my rating to 3 stars because as time progressed after my case closed I was informed many times that I should've had my medical paid separately and my future medical costs as well. I was not told these things by my attorney and i had never been in a wreck before I am still dealing with injuries and physical therapy and part of that is out of pocket. They took a huge chunk of my "settlement" to pay my medical expenses but really that should've been paid seperately and not taken out of what was given to me. Between the 33.3% owed to dan newlin the debt I incurred from being out of work 6 months and the 30 thousand dollars they took for medical expenses I didnt get much after that. Frankly I feel like it was wrong and I should've been fully informed to request and fight for these things and I wasnt. Plus i never met Jonathan and i prefer a more personal experience which is why i didnt go to Morgan and Morgan.
